About David Wilkerson
David Wilkerson was the Founding Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He was called to New York in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book, The Cross and the Switchblade.
In 1987, David Wilkerson returned to "the crossroads of the world" to establish Times Square Church. As a pastor of the church, he faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.
David Wilkerson had a strong burden to encourage and strengthen pastors throughout the world. From 1999 to 2008, he traveled around the globe holding conferences for Christian ministers.

Thank you Pastor Wilkerson, yeah I memorized a few Bible verses while pushing a mop in the pen , change is something I work on every day. David Wilkerson your dad was amazing id so love to walk the streets like him sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. One day very soon I know I will, God is and has been preparing me . It's so true...how God uses the most difficult situations...sometimes the most painful things we can imagine...to teach us that we can NEVER understand the ways of God. (Isaiah 55:8,9) and (Proverbs 3:5,6). I have been sooo frustrated with God !!! I know I'm not the only one !!! I'm just learning to give up trying to figure HIM out ! I've cried many tears and I've been angry...and I've discovered that this is nothing new to God. My hope and prayer is to KNOW that His ways are not our ways. I'm tired of trying to figure out the "whys ?"

Let go of therapists, let go of understanding… As someone who has crawled through the pits of hell, in all of its filth, I did not belong there…. Though I know I did. This man Jesus Christ, Lord of Lords saved me. Forget the preachings of others and mankind, go to Him 😭😭😭 our God is so beautiful and it all will make sense

If only it was just bad "days" I've had nothing but bad decades and I'm sick of it... crap never ends.
Dont give up! Since I was born I have so many bad things that Incannot tell people because they dont believe it anymore because its too much. I am 32 now and I still stick deeply to God and He is my only hope and He has done so so many good things and has been changing my heart and my mind. Never give up because where it will be better? Not away from God and not in Hell. Maybe God prepares you for greater responsibility, maybe you need help - I cannot know. Just not become bitter and kick out bitterness because this sin kills anybody. God bless you with all blessings you need in Jesus Christ name.
We are so much alike. Me, it's decade too. You are Frank. Please reply me. I had a bad marriage and then to alcohol to drugs and problems at job. I want God to make it stop. I know my part but there are thing that just went bad. I hope I am faithful to God now
I'm the same, decades of suffering but God has to allow us to suffer to get us where He wants us to be, just like Joseph in the Old Testament. God promised to give help in Hebrews 4, draw near for help in a time of need. He may not take our suffering away but He promised to help us so He must help us, He's not a liar. Don't give up 🙏. I get great comfort from Joni Erekson Tada and Elisabeth Elliot testimonies. Suffering is part of our walk. All Christians suffer, some suffer more than others, God knows why, our job is to trust Him.

Unfortunately I've turned to unbelief because I've found no peace in following God. only temporary hope before I'm inevitably let down time after time which only exacerbates the pain.
Hi Ready for the End have some thoughts. First off the choice of unbelieve that's your choice. Christ is the Prince of Peace. I've witnessed the love and peace comfort of the holy spirit thru 45 years particularly a time when I had to deal with a heinous sin/crime and saw the power of Christ when at a point being incarcerated he's overwhelming love reached me! We all at times have a desert experience but God never lets go we fail. I've found that I've prayed draw me closer and he does. We must press in that's an absolute renew our mind daily. Yes I to am looking for the eternal part one day. Pray, fast it quickens the holy spirt "KILLS the flesh" it helps to hear what the spirit is saying yeah its WORK after all let's look at the disciplines did (discipline) blessings to you!

Don't give up on Jesus. I've had decades of suffering. The Lord showed me recently that Joseph in the Old Testament had to suffer for God to get him where he wanted him to be. It's the same with us. He wants to make us look more like Jesus. The work won't be finished until we get to see Him but it will be worth it. Ask God to show you how you can glorify Him in your circumstances. Ask God to help you to learn what He wants you to learn 🙏
