Not too difficult, actually. You explained that really well and I’m actually glad you called the video finished where you did. Makes sure we don’t get too much info at once to keep up with. Thank for this, man. This was great
Very much worth it I didn't find better Book in that matter, it has two volumes, the first "how to draw" focused on perspective and shapes and the second it "how to render," focused on light and shadow. When you buy the books it gives you access to the Author website where you can watch Video exercises explained in the book and download materials.
THIS IS INSANE XD i picked up my pensil again after a long while.... and started to draw in persepctive a bit.... knowing this channel i wanted to look at some of your videos because i would like to learn how to draw veihicles. MAN you drop this series! perfect! ( havent watched the video yet but knowing your content i know its going to be good)
i have longed to draw a car properly for years. i have watched over 30 videos to learn how to draw a car. so far all of them just rushed into drawing a 3D car without explaining the how to steps. i am so glad i found your video today which really walks me through the drawing process in a very systematic way. the grid method is excellent. one question, though, a fundamental one, is how to decide where the vanishing point should be when i draw the box. i have no idea. i just guess and my guess work may be totally off. please enlighten me on how to correctly determine the vanishing point. thanks.
One tiny detail which was a little confusing is when you showed the pages of the wheels grids , made it sounds like you said in the earlier pages of the book when in fact its in the last chapter if im not mistaken :) perhaps you were refering to the cone of vision chapter though
Love your technique in drawing. Finally found a channel, that explains so simple.

I loved this video.
However, when I drew mine, the front wheel on my left looked too long. The box seemed too rectangular.
Thanks

How do you draw circle?
🤯🤯
Thankyou so much Dan teacher !!!
ahh those box grids are very handy, i cant draw cars to save my life lol
I was literally just struggling with this today 💀
A bit complicated, I found a much easier way to establish perspective by drawing tow big ellipses parallel to each other and go from there
Isn't free hand without tools like a ruler
