Konig is actually decent given the AOE damage that mimicking as crit damage, one small downside is that typical railgun charging time, but overall pretty good and loving it.
Damage is very comparable and not enough Damage a part to me to justify not using the better faster reload of Konig. You go faster reload not to mention it has superior speed to hit targets as they move. For me, this is a no brainer but both are good.

Mark 71 is the best but I prefer emg konig fast reload and nice speed of fire
