- Deosai is a unique blend of alpine meadows, rocky plateaus, and beautiful lakes, and it boasts a diverse ecosystem. In summer, Deosai is a burst of vibrant wildflowers, including blue poppies, asteroids, and other high-altitude plants. The meadows and valleys come alive with color.
Deosai is famous for its wildlife. It’s home to the Himalayan brown bear, which is critically endangered and can be spotted in certain areas of the park. Other wildlife includes marmots, snow leopards, foxes, and hundreds of species of birds, including migratory species.

Oh yes that one is rainbow trout which are easier to raise and can tolerate warmer water temperature and this himalayan brown trout in this vlog introduced by British in 1990s is very common in Deosai, Thanks for watching ✌️

Brother catched big ones in kala pani which is a bit deeper before the bridge one. Caught more than 10 fishes in 30 mins.around 4.5kg.

Mashiallah brother, those are beautiful fish. i am not trying to challenge your knowledge, but these are not brown trout. these are some sort of grayling, i honestly think thats not a recorded species 😂. so you are catching and eating an unknown species 😂😂. i love it wallah. bring one of those fish to a university in Islamabad with a biology department, and ask them to name it after you 🙌

I really liked the Vlog, would like to correct few things to further improve the experience for next time. That fish you caught that is Triplophysa stolickai most commonly known as Tibetan stone loach. it is not brown trout , also weight for casting seems to be more than required, and the bait you are using those are maggots.

How is fishing permitted in national park here in india we have total protection for national parks we need to seek permission from authorities for entry.

@TheSaadventures Money will not buy you skill nor will you tube. Get Euro nymhing tactical fly fishing book.... first learn and then spend, if atall. If possible, see for george daniel also but first tactical gly fishimg to get you going. Tools are available cheap around 20k from chinese markets.

@@TheSaadventuresthese r not trout infact these have an entire family different from trout still they r called snow trout due to common characteristic shared with trout these fishes r vested to Himalayan waters with max size up to 5..10 kgs.. their scientific name is shizothorax plagiostimas..and r from cypenaidae family on other hand trout is from salmonoids and completely carnivorous in nature..snow trout is omnivorous and much ancient
