    EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is originally a trauma therapy that helps process distressing memories through rapid eye movements. However, this method can also be applied in self-coaching to reduce everyday stress, emotional burdens, and worries.

    The positive effects of EMDR can also persist after the session, as the topic continues to lose significance and the brain continues to process emotional impressions during sleep, leading to restful sleep and a refreshed awakening.
