I bought a pink rainbow ombre dress from a brand called Magnolia Place (Unique Vintage) at a second hand store near me. They normally retail for $160 but I got it for $12.99 Canadian. This dress reminds me so much of your own asthetic and if I could post pictures I would. It's so lovely for a 3XL. I was worried it would be too large but to my surprise it fits me perfectly. 🌈 🥰

Montreal has really made an effort to make its streets colourful and more inviting, and while there's still work to do I definitely consider it a success so far!
fun fact: not only is the café called "Chat l'Heureux" (Happy cat) it's also a pun: "Chaleureux" (Cozy/warm)
As someone who was born and raise in Montreal I have to say, this is the BEST Montreal vlog I’ve seen! You gave my city such a good image that you made me wanna visit lol
Also fun fact that cat cafe you went to is not only called « the happy cat » but its also a wordplay in french meaning « cozy cafe» heheheheh

This vlog makes me so happy as a Montrealer! I moved here over 10 years ago from BC and your reactions to all the beautiful art in shared public spaces really reminded me of what it was like to fall in love with the city for the first time. Montreal is such a beautiful place with a thriving arts scene and it’s fun to watch someone who’s not a local get stoked about it! Glad I got to watch this on a rainy fall morning when I was feeling a little bummed, you really cheered me up 🥰🌧🌈

I absolutely understand what you mean when you said you felt the loss of MCR hit you like a bus. I was 15 when they broke up and I cried for 2 weeks mourning the loss of a band that was so important to me. I got to see them when they played the uk earlier this year and I cried all over again, the most cathartic experience. Love to you all

Amazing vloggy vlog! I had a similar, although much shorter trip to Detroit this week to see MCR! It was an absolute experience of a lifetime, and my first time seeing them as a 28year old. The band was oh so sweet and kept on doing check ups on the people in the pit to make sure everyone was okay and not getting crushed. I'm literally still processing that it even happened! So happy to see you were able to attend a show as well 💖
P.s. Gerard was dressed up in a cute vintage white nurse costume at the Detroit show and it was one of my favorite parts, so dang sassy✨ 💀

Oh... OH!!!! THERE IS A CAT CAFE! There is a cat cafe that is close enough that I can one day actually achieve my dream of going to one! There's not really any in the United States especially Maine so hearing there's one so close is beyond exciting. Just gotta save up, get my passport and hope things calm down enough that I can go. Also... I'd LOVE to check out some of the thrift stores in Canada for some cool stuff.
