I am on my 7th challenge! Over 500 miles of walking, cycling (indoor and outdoor), swimming, elliptical, and boxing! There is a conversion chart for activities that aren't in the drop-down in the app. I also lost over 20 lbs. It was great fun doing them, and the medals were very cool!

I started these challenges and now my wife and her co workers have signed up. It really is a neat way to motivate yourself to exercise.
