I specifically ordered this Zepher only for a programming track. Nothing else. I use the DT602 on my layout. I have been banging my head against the wall, trying to figure this unit out. The manual is pretty grainy over changing addresses. Thanks for your video. I just now changed addresss and everything is working good. My problem was i had track power and programming power on at the same time. I will get a switch today and set it up properly. Thanks again. And yes, more then once I have programmed my entire line of locos back to address 3 more then once. Thats why i wanted a separate track having nothing to do with the mainline. Live and learn I guess.
Hey, I just got the Digitrax! Right now I have a Broadway F7. All the sounds and the loco is moving good, but the lights are flashing? Also how do I turn down the sound of the loco? Thank you! And change the address from 03 to the road number?
Nice video! I recently purchased one. Works great except for one challenge. When I reassigned to an AD4 address, Function 0 for lights doesn't work on any of my locos. All other function's seem fine. Any thoughts? Thanks
My friend says selecting the numbers of loco then trying to get it to move or respond doesn't work... What are usual faults? Dirty contacts? Software errors?
How do I adjust the horn volume etc on this? I have a HO scale Later Phase F40PH from rapido and the volume is quiet compared to the other ones i have. Thanks!
Can anyone help?! I'm trying to find a video on how to program a DIGIKEIS DR4018 with an ATLAS turnout attached, to the DIGITRAX DCS52. I can't find any videos on programing turnouts on the DCS52.... Thanks :)
Wow!! Thank you so much! That’s awesome! Your videos are great and really take you step by step through the processes. Can I ask one other question. With this DCS52, do I need another power source to run the DR4018, or can I use main bus track power with some feeders? Thanks again!
Hello, I have just a little question. In Poland we have very big problem with programing DCS system becouse we use only DCC. A few persons in our country have Prodigy 2. I would like to ask you, is it possible programing DCS system using for example digikeijs dr5000, roco multimaus or piko?
@@dcctrain I would like to change locomotive Adres with DCS decoder in side locomotive, using for example digikeijs dr5000 or roco multimaus to programing. I have 2 friends in Poland with Mth's models but only MRC Prodigi 2 can change loco adres. We try do it using dr5000 but controller don't detects locomotive on prog track juring Reading and write loco adres. Maybe I do something wrong.
@@dcctrain I have several MTH locomotives with a factory-installed DCS sound decoder. In Poland, no one has a Digitrax DCS 52 or any other DCS control system. The locomotives run without any problems in the DCC system, but they cannot be programmed using the DCC central, for example: Roco, Digikeijs or Lenz. The only DCC switchboard that programs DCS decoders is MRC Prodigy 2, but only a few people in the country have such a control center and it only changes the locomotive's address. And that's why I have a question whether it is possible to program a decoder with a DCS system using a DCC control system such as, for example, Roco and others. When we set up a DCS locomotive on the DCC programming track and try to program, the DCC does not see the locomotive except the MRC Prodigy 2. But when we put on any DCC track, the locomotive runs normally. Maybe you know some solution to this problem?

Hope you enjoy it!

thank you, this was helpful! very funny about programming the whole fleet :)
You're very welcome!
I just got one today for xmas. Gotta sag its awesome
Awesome!
Thanks for sharing this video and information !

Can you put back to two digits address and check the light?

Oxidized wheels and track. Software is usually working fine.
Thank you.

Download manual for the sound decoder then adjust the volume with CV.

Not at this time. I will do it for members.
