If you just want them for the in game benefits buy some amiibo cards, I got a bunch of Zelda ones for like 15 bucks. The ones I got even told you the loot you could get in botw!
Dont think its a one time use. You can get different stuff, some even give armor and weapons. But they are still ridiculously over priced. 10% of the game price would be more reasonable.
