  • Dealing with incessant chirps from my 10-year-old First Alert 7020BSLA BRK smoke alarm led me to a temporary burying solution. Watch as I replace it with a new one, sourced at a great deal from Aartech (link below - this is not a paid partnership whatsoever)

    I installed the same exact model, it started chirping right away, I just switched the small white toggle button in the back of the alarm and so far no beeps. Can you tell what the white toggle button in the back is for? The instruction manual does not even mention it.

    Theres no batterie? I need to change the smoke alarm?

      Unfortunately you have to buy the entire unit
