Chuuya had orders to bring Q back alive, but Chuuya in fact encouraged to kill him. And uh, I don’t rlly wanna get to deep into Chuuya’s lore, but thru all the ppl who have hurt him, he’s still rlly loyal and caring for them. Same thing for Mori, Chuuya is rlly loyal to him And the port mafia. So for me, even going against Mori’s orders, is a lot even for Chuuya. This is js an explanation of how I thought of it :3)
