The six eyes don't generate cursed energy, they just reduce it's usage to practically zero
but he can regenerate cruse energy
@@dipper330 all sorcerers passively regain CE over time, in the same way you restore stamina while resting, Gojo doesn't do it any faster than anyone else though.
Black flashes can temporarily increase his output though, which looks like he's regained a bunch of CE to someone who lacks basic reading comprehension

He destroyed the part of his brain that processes his cursed technique and then regenerated it to forcefully refresh the limitless.
It's like smashing and replacing your laptop battery because you couldn't be bothered to wait for it to cool down, as opposed to it running out of power and being placed on charge.
@@Qbone_ Nah bro. He used RCT to revive his burnt out cursed technique, not his cursed energy. The fact that he was unable to use his domain expansion after it was defeated by Sukuna wasn't because he was low on energy, it was because after using domain expansion and having it destroyed, you cannot use your cursed technique for a while after. But Gojo got around this by destroying the part of his own brain that handles domain expansion on purpose and then healing it again with RCT.
Cursed technique and cursed energy isn't the same thing. Gojo was repairing his gun, not refilling his ammo.
I like the idea that Gojo could see the Chakra connecting Nagato to the Six Paths of Pain, and he just flies straight to the source
That’s EXACTLY what would happen.
He’d start by shooting off a random blue, then engage the paths, keeping them at distance.
Once he knows the blue is close to Navaho, he would teleport to it, High in the sky.
He’d proceed to chant purple, and obliterate Nagato in his damn tree.

It's entirely possible he could look at the Pains and see that none of them are the real body, and he could use his sensory ability to find Nagato from there.
It could turn into a game of keepaway, where the Pains are essentially trying to *stop* Gojo from getting to Nagato
@emptyshogun6194 let’s say your theory is correct. That would mean there is a ping happening at an accelerated rate, to control the bodies.
So even in that scenario, Gojo would still see, what would have to be light speed pings happening, and still track it.
That said, we know that it’s a solid chakra connection, as when Naruto stabbed himself with the rod at the end of the god path fight, we saw a clear chakra connection back to Nagato.

Also, Gojo was actually caught in a sort of "genjutsu" once. Hanami's flower field. He became happy and stopped fighting for a while. But he did realize rather quickly what was going on.
Tsukyomi is on a different level though.
I think Tsukuyomi is the ultimate card. Even if Itachi doesn't mentally kill you with it, it leaves you broken mentally. It takes a single glance, and with them stating itachi is physically able to keep up, a single glance is all it takes.

Gojo used Unlimited Void so he couldn't use Limitless briefly afterwards. Genjutsu from Itachi like Tsukuyomi would be triggered by direct eye contact so unless Gojo took off his blindfold and looked at Itachi right in his eyes he'd never get caught in it

Actually no, Hanami uses flowers to save Jogo after Gojo's fight, and the flowers pollution made Gojo and Itadori calm and soft for few seconds
@@victorligonio3150 I dont think that's how those flowers work? I think it's just gives a passive calming effect, plus if it did work like you say then I'd hardly call that poison since it does basically no harm, which is probably why Limitless wouldn't automatically block it
@@victorligonio3150alright I will explain it for yah, as an adult nothing can get pass infinity that can harm goji including poisons, the only reason hanami was able to affect gojo at that time is because he just used a domain expansion and after using a domain expansion all his curse techniques are shut off for a short period of time, hence infinity was turned off at that time

I think RCT makes all these fight extremely one sided. Especially due to the fact that it allows him to spam his Domain as long as he has cursed energy.
Gojo's cursed technique isn't refined enough to be cast into the domain that many times, it'll get burnt out.

I still don't fully understand the blindfold tec, Gojo puts it on so the Six Eyes don't use too much energy, but I'm unsure how that works exactly, I assume seeing cursed energy and everything else along with it is too strenuous on his eyes, so he essentially can only see cursed energy with his blindfold on, unless the blindfold magically decreases the effect of his eyes.

Gojo can use his domain like 5 times back to back. Even if they use the tactic you mentioned. Gojo wouldnt let a path of pain be outside of his domain 5 times.
he cant use them back to back he needs a moment to restore his burnt out CT besides like theirs a good chance that like the chakra absorbing path if it touches the infinity cursed technique will just absorb it and nullify it for as long as its close to gojo (i am pretty sure his tp is like an extension of his infinity) thus i dont even think gojo would be able to activate any cursed technique if that thing is just absorbing his cursed energy then like he is pretty screwed because he doesnt have the insane amounts a lot of these characters have. Also if he doesnt catch all 6 paths all it takes is like the asura or animal path outside to break the domain leaving gojo to get packed up before he can actually regen his domain
@@josephvaccariello4181 just have a slight opinion of mine, but, before the second domain clash, I believe Gojo restored his CE in about 5-6 seconds, considering we still see the Malevolent shrine standing nearby after the clash ended, so I would say back to back is very much accurate, considering in those 6 seconds they had like 3 seconds banter. As for the paths, this is very simple, if he simply teleports and begins hitting down upon the Preta part, which I also believe people underestimate gojo's hand to hand and he manages to weaken it at the very least, he could easily gather the rest with an Azure Glow or just rapid teleportation with Blue before expanding his domain, also keep in mind after his fight with sukuna and the prison realm, he adapted way more to changing barrier size so he can catch them easier. And even though Gojo's cursed energy is less than Yuta, which we know lasted Yuta about 20 minutes roughly eith all rct before getting his second half from Rika, Gojo woulf still have about 75% of Yuta's CE, so he could just tussle down against the path to stop the consumption, seeing as Cursed Energy whenever drained doesnt really affect the users negatively, for example, Yuji vs Lawyer Guy, Yuji only felt slightly off but not exhausted or on the brink

a blue and red would be all he needs to destroy any of the paths and if any of them gets hit with an azure blue then they'll just die without leaving a body to be revived, honestly the only argument I really need is gojo uses purple to nuke the entire battlefield and kill everyone only person who could survive that is itachi and he just get one shots from behind the Susanoo shield.
Then idk if u knew this but gojo can expand his domain to larger than 200m and collect everyone inside and that would just be an insta win at that point
Also gojo six eyes give him the ability to see any ability and know exactly how it works (idk how but it does it's stated which admittedly is bullshit) so if he looks at the paths of pain he would see the chakra leading back to the original body and just kill him
Finally let's say gojo can't use any of his abilities because it would be absorbed( even tho that wouldn't work because red blast everything away whenever gojo commands it to and blue crushes anything that gets close and remember the person must touch the technique in order to absorb it.) none of the paths are lasting long against gojo in hand 2 hand he is too fast and 2 strong, he moves so fast that he create after images and his punches can put holes in someone who has more than 4x his chest energy and with the six eyes which gives him enhanced` vision along with cheat codes.........

@sea.of.fruitless.fantasies gojo actually does have those feats. He was casually keeping up with and overpowering sukuna in speed, the same sukuna who reached to a 200% hollow purple point blank making both of them easily faster than light.

Gojo wouldn’t remove Limitless to punch him, he has shown through fighting bag man with Riko in his hand that he can drop limitless in one area while keeping it up in others so at best Obito gets his hand and at worst Gojo never even turns it off because he was waiting for Limitless to identify obitos body in its range like with the eraser

Gojo explained this in the pencil scene. He is the target and can allow things to either hit him or hold them in place. Gojo is either not affected by limitless or turns a portion of it off near the impact. Even if it was a jumping, he would still come out on top(showcased in the Shibuya arc) due to his proficiency with his abilities, reaction speed, physical amps with CE, basically infinite CE, DE spam, and hand to hand combat. The dude has everything in his kit. Imagine if kenjaku took those abilities.

Gojo is not vulnerable when he's attacking someone, if he was, then a character like Sukuna who is relative to Gojo in terms of speed would make note of that and try to counter him as he attacks instead of bothering with Mahoraga or DE. But this isn't the case and no where in the manga was it ever insinuated that Gojo is vulnerable at all during attacks. In fact, the manga heavily implies that the only thing that can even bypass the limitless are the hax cursed tools, domain amp, domain exp, and mahoraga.
counter point: no physical movement sukuna could make would be able to get past the field around gojo, because, other than the point gojo would be touching, none of sukuna's body is already past it, and the point that gojo is touching wouldn't really be able to do anything to him. On the other hand, kamui is already past it as it effectively comes out of any part of obito's body meaning the part that is already past the limitless can effect him.
@@drakeyork241 counter-counter point: Kamui isnt an infinite spam, it takes a lot out of every user of it as most mangekyou abilities do along with making the user blind from constant use. Limitless is just one of the troubles of many in gojo's arsenal considering if they get past limitless they'll need to have other techniques to either burn out/even hurt gojo. And one UV makes most of the naruto verse veggies unless they're on Uchiha levels of power and even then they'll still have trouble having all the worlds information to ever exist being forced into their brain with however many seconds gojo uses uv for and thats just his guaranteed hit DE not anything else he can whip out like purple (Erases any matter caught in it)

@@Garvant_ Literally all facts of him not have an eternal. Mangekyou sharingan abilities have always been stated to cause some type of blindness/fatigue in the user through constant use. Just cause obito wasnt showing it doesnt mean he wouldnt face it eventually and against someone like gojo who is always on point against an opponent up until recent manga chapters; kamui isnt lasting forever and one fuck up is a direct death. Spam of kamui is gonna KILL obito or leave him blind. Not making this up either just using rules/feats of both universes. Gojo isnt getting touched with kamui thats just the basis of it with blue warp and natural speed on top of limitless which slows down any attack approaching.
@oddeizenhower4642 he's been spamming it since he was 14 he's like 30 now so a good 16 years, somehow I don't think the blindness is gonna become a factor all of a sudden. Besides the blindness is never even consistent given obito and shisui it was just a narrative device to explain away itachi performing worse and a reason for sasuke to take itachis Eyes for the eternal mangekyou
A lot of people downplay Obitos genjutsu proficiency that it’s actually mind boggling.
At 14 he was able to take control of the 9 tails. Which was something only the likes of Madara had done in the past. The caliber of Uchiha that can do that is incredibly slim.
He also took control of Yagura (the Mizukage and Jinchuriki) and was puppeteering him for an unspecified amount of time. Which was something Killer Bee (a perfect Jinchuriki) thought was insane to do.
Yeah he may not be on the level of Itachi but this dude was one of the best genjutsu users in the Naruto series
I agree. Most of people like to down play obito's abilities just to hype up other characters. Adult Obito was one of the best genjutsu users out there. His feats make him comparable in genjutsu to itachi in every sense of the way in my opinion. Specially the mizukage feat. You have to realize it is putting a kage level opponent in genjutsu without them realizing that they are caught in a genjutsu and controlling there moves for extended periods of time. And mizukage was no joke as we saw him fight both Naruto and killer bee in edo tensei form.

Plus he even matched Kakashi in genjutsu so yeah the dude could simply just end the fight with a simple illusion and obviously just stab Gojo with a wooden stake

I mean, Obito's Genjutsu feats are above Itachi's. Itachi's best Genjutsu feat is mentally scarring Kakashi, but one could argue Kakashi only ate that Tsukuyomi because he thought his 3T Sharingan was enough to tank it.
Meanwhile Obito was controlling Kurama AND he controlled Perfect Junchuuriki, which should normally be impossible. Obito surpassed Itachi in every way.
@@VDA19 Itachi's Genjutsu feats go above Kakashi, Kakashi is just the most prominent example because of how memorable it is, that and due to plot reasons he can't do too much else and it still make sense. Hell Obito himself straight up said Itachi could have killed him if he didnt have knowledge on how his stuff works. Also, Sage Kabuto scales above Kakashi as well.
Actually, Kakashi scales above Itachi because he matched Obito when they fought, who's superior to Itachi's Genjutsu since he controlled someone that should be immune to Genjutsu for years. ( a perfect Jinchuuriki )
Sage Kabuto should be slower than Kakashi, considering Kakashi was blitzing multiple V2 Jinchuuriki.@@tigerfalco
And that BS about Itachi beating Obito is just that, BS. Obito's Kamui is the most busted Mangekyou in the manga and he has unlimited chakra/uses for it. There is literally nothing Itachi or even base EMS Madara could do to Obito. Genjutsu won't work ( and Obito is probably better anyway ), Amaterasu won't work and Susanoo just gets outlasted.
With how Gojo's domain would interact with the Six Paths, they just die without him even activating Infinite Void.
What I mean is, the barrier's power null effect would cut off the connection they have with Nagato the moment his barrier engulfs them. (assuming you're equalizing chakra and CE).
edit: Kinda like how the Shinobi alliance cut off the chakra flow of the Edo Tensei by sealing them, causing their souls to be set free... Domains don't only have "Sure-hit" but also power null, which means even if you argued that Nagato's puppet act wouldn't get cut off for whatever reason AND that Infinite Void wouldn't work either, the Six paths would still get power nulled and become sitting ducks regardless.

domains do not nullify techniques cause sukuna was able to use ten shadows within gojo's unlimited void... he wouldnt even be able to activate ten shadows if unlimited void was nullifying the "spark" of a curse technique
I think theywouls still work. They're physically still there just in a barrier but the location exactly the same. If it was a nen space like cheetu or knov then maybe I could see that taking out their signal. Obitos void is interesting but I could see that one going either way honestly
Yep, both domain expansion and simple domain can block any technique (Simple domain blocks any technique, domain expansion only the Sure hit effect)
@@xavmanisdabestest Domain expansions forcefully deactivate any innate ability the opponent has, to ensure a sure hit of the domain technique. A good example is how Gojo HAD to use his own domain when Jogo expanded his own, despite Gojo being stronger... why? well, his innate CT was deactivated following the sure-hit rules of Jogo's domain.
IF you're equalizing in the way they did in this video, then for example; Pain would lose his Rinnegan abilities, so would the other paths besides the robot one(probably) assuming his missiles are tech and not conjured up using chakra, in which case it would also be power nulled.
Anyway, that's what I mean.
And Nagato would more than likely lose control over them because they would act like his Shikigami in this context... they're powered by his innate chakra (which is power nulled during a domain battle), therefore his connection to the six paths would more than likely be cut off as he is using a technique to control them and said technique wouldn't be able to function inside Gojo's domain barrier...
And depending on how you view Nagato's puppetry, Infinite Void could just reach him directly as well... But like I said in my original comment, it doesn't matter.
Again, this is all under the premise of "verse equalization", specifically the way they did it in this video by equating chakra to curse energy, and Ninjutsu to Jujutsu and so on.
Personally, I don't use verse equalization when discussing cross verse battles because it becomes a cheap way to be sneakily biased towards one side that otherwise, probably would lose very easily or would find it difficult to win.
For example, they made it so Pain's gravity based jutsus are able to cancel out Gojo's spatial attacks when in actually, if you take the abilities for what they actually are, Pain wouldn't be able to interact with Blue or Red in any significant way at all.
Where Pain's attraction merely pulls stuff together, Gojo's absorbs stuff and deletes them like a blackhole would.
Where Pain pushes stuff away, Gojo destroys everything in its path.
The Itachi one is kinda iffy but I could conceivably see him getting the W so it's fine, same as Obito. You could make an argument for him winning or at least not losing and just getting away, or he BFR's Gojo into Kamui and leaves him sealed in there, winning via incapacitation.
Itachi using Genjutsu on Gojo's brain wouldn't work because his brain is in a constant state of regeneration, which resets his CE (in this case chakra), so he would passively break out of any Genjutsu immediately. But due to chakra=CE, it's no longer just the brain but his CE itself being tricked (see where the sneaky stuff comes in?)... But I'm fine with Itachi winning, he could use Izanagi or Izanami and incapacitate Gojo and outright kill him somehow.
But the Pain/Nagato one is just really wonky in my honest opinion... It almost felt like they wanted the top 3 Akatsuki to win just so that the Akatsuki fanboys don't come at them because at least the main trio gets the W.
I could even consider Gojo losing to all 3, it's just that their arguments were just kinda roundabout and wonky in some cases.
Why didn't they consider Kisame's Samehada to function as domain amplification? by sapping away the CE within infinity to negate it? See what I mean? If just felt to me like they picked who they wanted Gojo to beat no matter what, and who he'd lose to no matter what just to strike a balance with both communities lol. At least, that's how it came off as to me. 🤷♂️
The problem with sharingan genjutsu is that it itself represents the transfer of chakra from one to another AND it needs to travel to the opponent too. At the same time, limitless has the ability to stop attacks that do not even have a physical form, such as cleave and dismantle. Therefore, it seems to me that the chakra will not simply be transferred from one source to another, because limitless will simply stop this process cause of the nature and metaphysics of the technique (correct me if i'm wrong)

The Yata Mirror defends against Jutsu because it is made up of all 7 nature transformations, even if you want to say Gojo is using chakra he isn’t using a nature transformation so it get through
Totsuka blade is still a physical object, When he stabs Orochimaru there is a very obvious stab mark so it doesn’t get through Infinity

Jiraiya's gengetsu don't effect Nagato. If it effect nagato Jiraiya would had won had battle. It only effected the paths. Also nagato usually don't use all his paths unless necessary. Like in his battle against jiraiya.

Might as well just stand there. The speed difference between Narutoverse and JJK is insane. So much so that on the Land of Waves Arc we already had a character moving at light speed. Not only does Itachi have the AP, the IQ and the speed to one shot Gojo in the blink of an eye, but he also has the skills and the haxes to do it.
Itachi is atleast a million times faster then gojo gojo gets perception blitzed
And gojo has negative change of even touching itachi and itachi literelly has 2 hax that bypasses and 1 taps gojo

It'll still take a lot out of gojo and even in the sukana fight he could only do it maybe 2-3 times before his brain was fried and he nearly died from trying again. He'll only be able to heal his brain so much before he can't do it anymore like against sukana

Using his CT to use Blue and Red, or Hollow Purple, seems to be a different case though, as he's using more cursed energy, while also having to heal it. RCT is essentially a coolant, and his use of CT is essentially using different programs which makes the computer (brain) overheat faster, and DE is just NVIDIA RTX graphics and his computer overheats immediately.
More cursed energy usage = faster overheat and more coolant required

Also gojo is always revitalizing his brain so maybe genjutsu won't even work. Another thing is the speed at which he opens and closes his domain can just insta kill itachi. The totaka blade needs to be swung and i don't think itachi can swing that at gojo speeds

Something that I would've found cool if you guys talked about was how a side effect of veils (and by proxy all barrier techniques) is how they block out communication and wireless signals from being transferred. Meaning that if the 6 paths of pain were somehow able to bypass getting stunlocked from Unlimited Void since they're already dead/brainless, it would still mean that Nagato's chakra signals couldn't pass through and they'd stop working. Secondly Naruto was able to sense Nagato's location by sticking one of the rods in him but if it were Gojo and we assume verse equalization meaning chakra = CE, then wouldn't Gojo just be able to see the stream of chakra flowing into the paths, teleport to Nagato and rush him while he's in his cripled mech chair thing?
Lastly the idea of Obito bypassing Limitless by waiting until Gojo touches him to counterstrike IMO wouldn't work either. In the Gojo vs Jogo fight in episode 7, Gojo is seen physically moving Jogo's hands yet in that same exchange Jogo is unable to move the rest of his body forward to counterattack, resulting in him calling Gojo a b*stard out of frustration. This is consistent with the Shinjuku Showdown where if it were indeed possible to hurt Gojo by touching him first then all Sukuna would've had to do was domain amplification to touch Gojo and then while he's already touching him, instantly shut off DA and use cleave/dismantle. Yet Sukuna specifically needed an adapted Mahoraga to temporarily disrupt limitless to create openings for piercing water, cleave/dismantle and Agito etc.

The first point might be true but we don't know barrier technique block chakra. If gojo try to teleport to nagato, nagato gonna just summon all of them back before gojo arrive. Afterall nagato has a lot higher speed. Also the only reason he was crippled is because he was tired from fighting all of the leaf village and naruto. Even then he had enough chakra to reinforce chibaku tensei. Also Which part of jogo not being able to move had to do with obito? Like did I missed smth? Does jogo has space manipulation or smth? Sukuna can't turn it on and off cuz gojo is faster than him. Gojo can just turn it on faster than sukuna can. Gojo can keep up with sukuna + magoraha + agito while not trying to use all his move set fully not to let mahoraga adapt. So gojo is clearly faster than sukuna.

The six eyes is able to distinguish real from fake. When he first sees Kenjaku he says its not an illusion or a fake because it really was geto's corpse.
Pain/Nagato has a clear way to win, the black receivers. If this versus converts cursed energy = chakra, then the black receptors should be able to disrupt any cursed technique just like they disrupt jutsus. This means that if Nagato/Pain connects Gojo with these bars, they would go straight through infinity and perhaps even negate Gojo's regeneration. With a nailed receiver by Pain/Nagato, he falls prey to all the Rinnegan techniques. Not to mention that there is an empty space on whether the King of Hell could defeat Gojo, since what he traps is your soul, just as if the dragon that summons the demonic statue would pass through infinity.
Before the Sukuna fight we thought if he had no infinity he would easily be defeated, but we have just been proven wrong about that. Nagato would need to do what Toji did their first fight for it to work. Face to face, Gojo has enough battle IQ. Don't forget that his six eyes is not a CT so it will still work even if Nagato gets a lucky hit with his rod. Naruto was just stupid and not good enough hand to hand fighter to get caught that way. You won't find Gojo lying flat face first on the ground. Gojo can take so much pain and will just pull them if he gets hit. Also Gojo would just do the same thing that Naruto did and use the rods to get to his real body. He can just teleport to his sick body and purple it out of existence.

For the genjutsu part at least, I think the interaction between Gojo and Itachi would be a lot more tricky. In a verse equalization, Gojo can pretty much be considered as a genjutsu user and the Sixth Eye as a top-tier eye dōjutsu: Unlimited Void and Mangekyō Sharingan's hypnosis can easily be ranged in the same category, as they're both insanely powerful psychic attacks targeting the brain (the first does that through information overload, and the other through illusions). I think it's definitely not unreasonable to believe that the Sixth Eye provides Gojo at least a resistance to Itachi's genjutsu, and adding to that the fact Gojo can literally target, destroy and regenerate specific parts of his brain in a very short time, it's likely that he'll be able to negate the illusions without much problem

Sharingan Genjutsu (the only one strong enough to work on Gojo) works by injecting your chakra into someone meaning it has to travel so it would not get through limitless assuming Gojo has removed his blindfold
Danzo ability saved him using reality warping but still was controlled by genjutsu so not so sure.
gojo with his six eyes were able to see through a clone technique and deduce that the original can be switched around seamlessly, the only other person in the entire verse who was able to differentiate between clone and original is madara so i think gojo's got some defense against illusions if he's able to deal with that as a teenager i think he'd be able to see through illusions just fine

Gojo doesn't have chakra. Chakra isn't inherent to humans in Naruto, it's something that came from Kaguya.
Genjutsu cannot affect someone who doesn't have chakra.

Tsukoyomi is an attack to the brain that bypasses physical durability to directly damage the brain kinda like the unlimited void as you have stated; this is further supported by the fact that tsunade was able to heal kakashi after he fought itachi, meaning his injury must have on some level been physiological.
We have seen JJK characters recover from attacks that affect the brain before. Gojo regularly uses RCT to refresh his brain. Both Sukuna and Gojo literally blow up parts of their brain with CE and heal it with RCT just to decrease their DE cooldown. Hakari's can heal his brain while snorting out CE through his nose.
Gojo definitely has counters to genjutsu is all im saying
also, when hes in a genjutsu, due to the constant automatic refresh of his brain, he automatically is broken out of any illusion. six eyes give him thought acceleration too.
RCT comes from the brain, an attack directly on the brain would be a hard counter to RCT.

People often forget Orochimaru has access to genjutsu and sealing jutsu.
He also outclasses Gojo in therms of physical stats so he's got a very good chance of putting Gojo under genjutsu then forcing him to turn off limitless for a quick poison strike
Even in the case of Gojo being taken in by Itachi's genjutsu, he's experience in the prison realm and the six eyes should allow him to overcome any mental damage and potentially break out of the illusion rather quickly.

I think a big issue with these fights is Infinite Void itself. It’s an insta-kill for anyone in Naruto. They’d all probably see it as a genjutsu and not react accordingly. The best version of this fight for me would be if similar to the Gojo Sukuna fight, both are given a month to prepare for the fight and then go at it. I’d love to watch this version of Gojo Vs Itachi.
The thing is, his personality makes it so he wants to test his enemies. The moment itachi brings out his mangekyou it can be ended whenever he feels like it. And itachi can escape using izanami, although he sacrifices an eye.

Gojo wouldnt be able to RCT it because his brain will already process that hes dead. Also that Tsukiyomi lasted about 1ish seconds in the real world. Faster then Gojo refreshing parts of his brain with RCT.

Gojo is tricky to deal for the Akatsuki but not Sukuna as he does not have infinity defense. Many of them could defeat him even in 1 on 1 probably.
As far as I see it, Itachi easily 1 shots him without much room for failure. Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu or the Susanoo work. In fact, Itachi with the Totsuka Blade can easily deal with him and all of his 10 shadows, no? Just seal the Mahoraga.
Would Pain win? His summons easily overpower all but 1 of the 10 shadows, and even then, the 3 Dog can probably keep the Mahoraga Busy for a long time. Sukuna would need Domain Expansion just to get rid of the Dog . Also, can you break Domain by destroying the Shrine, Pain can dismantle it by using universal Pull or Allmighty Push.

Hanami used something somewhat similar to Genjutsu remember? He used the flowers which diminshed gojo’s will and distracted him. He reacted super quick but compared to what Itachi does it’s small potatoes. I think gojo would definitely be affected by genjutsu due to that example.
With Kisame, I've got two potential caveats that could make the discussion more interesting
For one, Kisame's Super Water Shark Bomb absorbs chakra from attacks and uses it to make itself stronger. Kisame himself says that the stronger his opponent is, the more he's favored since his super water shark bomb will just overpower it. He lost to Guy's Hirudora because he straight up just didn't realize it had no chakra. If we're saying chakra and cursed energy techniques are on the same plain in this discussion, I'd love to know what would happen if Gojo shot off a purple and it collided with super water shark bomb. I get the feeling Kisame might win that specific clash.
The second thing is that if we're thinking about what exactly a domain is, you could definitely say that Kisame's massive water prison is effectively a domain as well. If we count it, then Kisame has a decent possibility of being able to withstand unlimited void, since he fuses with samehada during it and *might* be able to stay active during limitless by effectively absorbing it constantly while in it. Not sure if the logistics pan out right, but if it does end up working out like that for Kisame, then he's a lot tougher for Gojo than initially given credit for
If Kisame traps Gojo in the water bubble I doubt Gojo’s DE would save him. The water prison is much larger and as we know DE’s are weak from the outside (unless they’re specifically tweaked).

Tobi would lose to Domain. The sure hit appears on contact. So Obito would be in the same situation as he was with konan. After five minutes and using izanagi, he would be in cool down. After that, it's either gojo rocks his own brain and heal it to use domain again, or he grabs Obito after he gets stabed by him and rock his world till he get his CT back. Obito wouldn't be able to us izanagi anymore.
Itachi has izanami and shushi eye the unavoidable genjutsu also it would work sense it's not an attack it's just hypnosis

Gojo glazzing is crazy. In terms of stats he isn't comparable to most naruto characters. Speed being the main thing yeah he has teleportation but after teleporting he still has to physically move to cast attacks and quite frankly the attacks themselves wouldn't be fast enough to hit.

I think the Kisame fight would be the most interesting one. I feel that Gojo could tell after one swipe that it could functionally bypass Limitless, and would then turn it off and focus on attack. Kisame would for sure get a beating, but then switch up and use his water and sharks as cover. Red and blue would probably be used sparingly once Gojo notices how they just get absorbed, purple might do the trick but the real winner is DE. Paralyze Kisame and dispatch him by hand.

Gojo doesn’t replenish his curse energy his 6 eyes reduces the cost of all his abilities to a significantly lower that usual to the point where it’s almost 0. Domain expansions still drain a shit ton on his energy so even though he spams it against sukuna he ended up getting a side effect from doing that and ends up exhausting his energy way faster than usual.

Gojo does refresh his brain with cursed energy, which could be understood as changing up his chakra /cursed energy and could break out of a genjitsu, but Itachi is still going to be a challenge, or could beat him.
I think Itachi is the only serious threat to Gojo, but in character, I don't see Itachi getting Gojo to even take his blindfold off. Gojo doesn't need to overcome the Yata Mirror, he can teleport INTO the Susanoo (like how Gaara used sand to throw Madara out of his own Susanoo), and just crush Itachi with Blue like how he did the Rack guy moments before obliterating Hanami.
The Totsuka blade isn't touching Gojo. Even if you say it can pierce Infinity, Gojo would see its hefty swings coming from a mile away and teleport away from them as he would see the threat level at a glance.
Amaterasu isn't doing anything. The Raikage dodged it when it spawned on TOP of him. We've seen the Kyuubi cloak remove Amaterasu before. The stuff is not as powerful as it was originally described to be. Kishimoto loves to exaggerate things, and then downplay them later.
Tsukuyomi is Itachi's best bet. Gojo would just straight up die if that hits him (unless we learn in the future that he has illusion resistance, but as of now that is not confirmed). The problem is that Tsukuyomi REQUIRES eye contact, which he's not getting if he doesn't get Gojo to take off that blindfold. If Adult Gojo didn't take off the blindfold against 1F Sukuna, he isn't doing it against a guy who can't even touch him. Ephemeral is actually a more reliable Genjutsu than Tsukuyomi in this battle, but it wasn't very lethal on Naruto. Not many Genjutsu will outright KILL you in the Naruto universe, and I don't think Ephemeral is one of them. Nowhere is it mentioned that Ephemeral disrupts Chakra Control, so I don't see it disrupting the Infinity. If Itachi teamed up with Kisame maybe that could be a win condition though?
Itachi has no way to counter Infinite Void, so that will kill him, and if he is genuinely hit by Blue, Red, or Purple, he had better be ready to pop one of his eyes to get a second chance, because they're putting him out of commission instantly.
Izanami is a possible win condition, but I don't think Itachi will pull that trick out of his hat before he dies.

Also, there's no way KCM Naruto was even trying against that Itachi, he was trying to have a very important conversation in that moment. It would have meant no sense for him to have been going all out at that moment. Not really a great feat for Itachi. I don't think many Naruto strength feats are all that impressive outside of the genuine Taijutsu specialists.
When 1 finger Sukuna casually tossed Megumi halfway across a town he showed the kind of strength you need to be impressive in that verse. Itachi isn't throwing somebody like that 😆, don't care if this spoils you btw, Gojo is fighting Sukuna in the manga with 19 fingers, and has barely even been HIT, because he's so dominant physically. Itachi's Taijutsu CAN'T hurt Gojo, but even if it could, it WOULDN'T.
In character I don't think Itachi would even try to use Tsukuyomi until he got fatally wounded. He's shown to be hesitant to use his Mangekyou, so he would definitely wait to see how powerful Gojo is before using it.
Itachi isn't surviving any of Gojos attacks. He would play it safe and get blasted by something that would mangle him bad enough that he would be forced to use Izanagi.
Before Gojo would be put into a position to even fight hard enough to think about taking off his blindfold, Itachi would have to sacrifice an eye. This is a real problem for Itachi because you need both eyes to perform the Susanoo. He's not defending against Gojo with it to be honest, but he's twice as doomed without it.
All that said, there's maybe a 20% chance Gojo just gets too cocky and Itachi realizes he's going to die if he does nothing, and Gojo doesn't use his incredibly precise 6 Eyes to tell that Itachi is cooking up a big move, AND he makes eye contact with the guy with an obviously special looking eye. In that situation Gojo loses. If both fighters go into the fight knowing what the other person is capable of, there is ZERO chance of Itachi winning.

In the Pain fight I’m pretty sure gojo would just teleport right to nagato. Even if he didnt, in chapter 227 it showed that he can increase the range of his domain. Unless the paths were seperated to an extreme extent he could most likely get all of them in his domain and destroy them(if infinite void works on the paths). Also the Deva path has a cool down after every use of his power while infinity can be used as long as he has cursed energy.

Gojo refreshes his brain subconsciously with RCT 24-7, and genjutsu works by projecting chakra into the brain or controlling their chakra as you guys said. Gojo would be able to break out of any variety of genjutsu almost immediately, since his body would just do a quick reset and override the jutsu.

physical department will definitely go to gojo against itachi, even if it is taijutsu(manga readers know) or his strength. The way he punches is not just physical prowess but he uses blue(attraction) to pull in the target and the same time punches with his strength plus the cursed energy is way more deadly than what his counterpart has. Even for speed his fast teleportation(against sukuna,miguel) in close encounters just gives him an edge.

Pain paths share information mentally. Hit one with Unlimited Void hit all. It’s not going to be a one instance effect if it hits more than one either because the paths all experience things separately then share with the others. So it also stands to reason that as one gets hit by UV and the others experience it, the original will then in turn experience the effect from the remaining 5 in turn, and they then experience their own effects again like mirrors held up in front of each other. UV specifically hard counters Pain imho.

Limitless automatically filters out anything that is a threat to Gojo. Poison gas or microscopic bombs will get filtered out. They’re not smaller or more precise than atomic levels. Gojo is also far more powerful than Kenjaku who was able to neutralize a planet level black hole so I don’t really think any regular Akatsuki member stands a chance. If Gojo gets hit with Amaterasu he can also remove his limbs and regenerate them. Obito when not a Juubi Jinchuriki can’t measure up or surpass in raw power but all the Akatsuki should be either relative in speed or like Obito and Itachi just blatantly faster. Itachi’s tsukuyomi which can condense 100 years into a pico second to mentally break anyone it hits and that’s nowhere near Unlimited Void in terms of hax. Also why the fuck would Totsuka blade work when it can’t bypass distance? People are overhyping the fuck out of it and giving it more powers than it actually has

The biggest problem Itachi faces is the fact that it was stated multiple times that Gojo's infinity is able to affect curse energy and its effects directly, not just physical phenomenon. In the Narutoverse, you have to inject your charka into someone to put them under a genjutsu. Itachi might be able to cast that chakra from a simple flick of the finger or look in the eye but it still has to get from him to his target and that means it has to pass through infinity the same way any other curse technique would. And no, there is no genjutsu in Naruto that 'MERELY" manipulates the existing chakra in a persons body, the chakra insertion is still needed to place the targets chakra under control.
Gojo was caught by Hanami's flowers. I doubt limitless would see genjutsu as an attack.

Itachi washes Gojo for sure, but, Nagato could also win, he does have the Soul dragon that he used against Hanzo, that could bypass infinity.
Obito also has a base sharing genjutsu that was capable of controlling the perfect jinjuriki Yagura for years. If he puts gojo under genjutsu, then kamui's through infinity, to then BFR Gojo. Thats obito's only wincon. Purple is an imaginary concept so theres a chance that Purple could hit obito through kamui? Maybe? And ofc infinite void might be able to tag obito. This fight could go either way.
He can repair his technique on a domain fail so I feel like he could beat the 6th paths of pain.

I think gojo constantly refreshing his brain with RCT in such easy that it's like a breathing to him can get him out of genjutsu dept. Once gojo knows the trick he won't fall for it twice
I'm pretty sure that if any of the pain's corpses get caught in DE Nagato just dies, remember that he shares his senses with every corpse and the whole thing about unlimited void is overwhelming one's sense it's a safe bet to say that Nagato would be affected.

But Almighty Push in the war has been shown to put out Amaterusu(The Black Flames) which means it has to be Nullification or Absorption
I remember I got into a discussion about this with my pops(not really it was gojo vs itachi) but thats kinda what it boils down to since i think a lot of the Akatsuki are beaten by the sheer fact of limitless alone. So my pops initially gave itachi the win, and I sort of agreed until I remeber what the raikage did to Sasuke's amaterasu. He dodged it while it was on the way to hitting him, it went past him and hit the guy behind him. This means if you are fast enough you can dodge it, and by proxy, that also means that amaterasu has a travel time! which put all visual jutsu (via sharingan atleast) in questioning for travel time. this means that if these visual attacks have travel time, would they effectively never reach gojo thanks to his limitless? its an interesting thought experiment that i came across and wanted to know what other people thought! since the idea of dodging visual jutsu never came up again i took it as a sort of "hole" kishimoto wrote and he realized that and kinda never touced that idea again, but it did happen so it must be considered for arguments sake! (if this was already adressed in the vid sorry i havent watched it yet i got excited and went to the comments after seeing the title lol.)
Most likely. The way visual genjutsu works is by shooting chakra out of your eyes and into your opponent's eyes. Amaterasu probably has the same mechanism where Itachi shoots chakra out of his eyes and it only ignites once it has reached the target, giving the opponent the impression that it's an undodgable attack. Chakra should have no way of passing through infinity since cursed energy can't pass through either, making amaterasu and all genjutsu useless.

Kisame’s Shark Bomb Jutsu can absorb chakra too. It’s not just Samehada that can do it.
Toji's Soul Liberation Blade was also a spiritual weapon of sorts that attacked souls directly, and he didn't even bother trying to use it against Gojo.

No, CE resides in your gut, brain is responsible for processing that energy and molding it into CT or other things. Without specifically formed brain you can't perform CT, but you still will produce CE as it was shown to us multiple times since Season 1, and later where Kenjaku himself is manipulating BRAINS of normal people to make out of them sorcerers, he didn't suddenly allowed them to generate CE, he just allowed their brains to perform Jujutsu.

I dont think samehada would betray kisame, Gojo doesnt have any truly special CE reserves, just extremely efficient CE usage due to the six eyes whereas Kisame's chakra reserves are what earned him the moniker "Tail-less tailed beast" and it took an actual Jinchuriki to get Samehada to leave him, someone with extremely large amounts of Chakra
