Really liked this song....bought the record! Nice to hear the interview. Siobhan is so softly spoken, and even today, still incredibly beautiful.

I always thought all the girls are beautiful, but I have a special place in my heart for siobhan, maybe it's because we're both irish, or simply because she's very soft-spoken, eloquent, and the hottest of the bunch, yes, pun intended. Still have a giant crush on her, she is still absolutely stunning❤❤❤❤❤

They were never the same without Siobhan. Things always go sour with these girl groups.

Hi, Are you the person that notices when a certain pink balloon looks up someone's dress? Just wondering!

      I did the following:
      1) Sailed out of Yokosuka Japan onboard the USS MIDWAY (CV-41) during the 1st week in January embarking on an Indian Ocean Cruise (January - May). Midway left Japan earlier than originally scheduled because of a fire on the USS RANGER...the ship we were relieving. Sailed to Subic Bay Philippines for a few days liberty.
      2) Left Subic Bay and after a couple days at sea along with numerous "buzzed haircuts" we returned to Subic Bay for ship repairs...enjoyed more liberty. If you've never visited Subic Bay Philippines...you're missing out...BIG TIME! Some of my "fresh buzz cut" shipmates looked like new recruits out in Olongapo...hilarious 😂.
      3) Sailed on Gonzo Station for 111 days...a USS MIDWAY record. The Indian Ocean is smooth as glass (only ripples were the ships wake)...absolutely beautiful. I mainly worked on a nightshift (1900-0700) maintenance crew. We crossed the Equator sometime in April and had our POLLYWOG TO SHELLBACK INITIATION CEREMONY where I became an HONORARY SHELLBACK...talk about a mess...by days end us Pollywogs were filthy. We visited Singapore, Thailand (Pattaya Beach and Bangkok) and the Philippines on the way back to Japan.
      4) Spent June in NAF Atsugi Japan listening to Bananarama's DEEP SEA SKIVING and Irene Cara's FLASHDANCE albums on my roommates awesome stereo, also purchased a 12 speed bicycle from one of my shipmates...started bicycling Japan.
      5) Flew to Kadena AFB Okinawa Japan from NAF Atsugi Japan on a C-130 Hercules for a 2 week detachment (July)...we were introduced to both Huey Lewis's "Sports" and Laura Branigan's "Self Control" cassettes on this flight. Okinawa offered beautiful weather and spectacular sunsets along with good food, the movie Footloose, nightly shows, a great outdoor pool and a SR-71 launch.
      6) Flew to Subic Bay Philippines from NAF Atsugi Japan (August) for a week long class...partied in Olongapo every night.
      7) Went to sea again (Sept.- Dec.).
      8) Went on leave (7 days) when the ship pulled into Subic Bay in October...had a blast.
      9) Visited Pusan South Korea in Nov. - very cold there but the women were pretty plus there's plenty of Heineken and Oscar to go around.
      10) Spent Christmas at NAF Atsugi Japan... working, watching movies, partying, etc.
      11) Also in December Gaffin Caffyn owned a Yamaha Stereo System that drew so much power it would trip the barracks circuit breaker.
      12) Nasty Pete went home on leave in Dec. to Littleton CO and brought back recorded MTV videos...first time I'd ever seen MTV.
That's all for 1984 folks...quite the busy year.
