DJI RC2 charging problem (DJI Air 3)

This video demonstrates the issues with my DJI RC2 (purchased with the DJI Air 3 Fly More Combo).
Initially, it charged without any problems, but after two successful charges and updating to the latest firmware, it stopped being able to charge. It seems like this is a common problem with the RC2.
Reproduction:
0:08 Reproduction with 65w Lenovo power supply
1:06 Reproduction with Samsung phone charger
1:38 Reproduction using the drone battery pack as powerbank
DJI proposed troubleshooting:
2:32 Demonstration of state of charge less than 100%
2:42 Power up RC2 to show that it has been activated
I have an open support case with DJI and will provide updates as the situation progresses.
