Realme uses Oppo's VOOC charging technology (OPPO / VIVO /Oneplus / Realme), rebranded as Realme DART. The charging tech is very different from and therefore not compatible with other charging tech. This is PD and probably PPS, and ur Realme would only work with superdart charging with compatible chargers, meaning superdart chargers, Oppo VooC-chargers and OnePlus Warp-chargers. Superdart/ Vooc / Warp chargers use proprietary tech that can't be used for their full advertised speeds with a normal Powerdelivery, QC, or PPS charger.

In your case, you would only get super dart charging with their specific bricks, meaning most powerbanks and powerbricks that arent made specifically with that OPPO charging tech, would not offer the faster charging speeds you are looking for. I had a similar experience with the Oneplus phones (Use OPPO's charging tech for warp charge) Same way the other way around, where I was unable to fast charge with an OPPO brick to other devices. I have a Samsung phone with super fast charging, and that is only enabled with specific power bricks or powerbanks with PPS.
