I'm glad this house exists. Families don't get along that well nowadays for the rooms to be fully lived in, I fear. Great design. The symmetry is awesome.
I like this house, I get why some people hate the interior but I actually like the fact that there is no single unified theme. If you get this house it's like having 6 different houses and you wouldn't get bored.
This house confuses me. Is it a home, is it a hotel, it is a business? Is it from the 1700's or 2019? Why are there two full size beds in one room? Why is there a goodlife fitness in there? Why is there a random cheap shoe rack in what looks to be a full on luxury closet? So many things dont make sense
Is that how much this house costs? I remember driving by this house years back when it was being built. If that’s the case it comes close to the $60 million dollar home in Oakville that was up for sale. You do have a point though for that money you could live somewhere nice and hot.
@@PlatinumPuppies Oakville has some really nice properties here as well. I live in an average 1.2 million dollar home here, but there are properties here that are $60 million also. There is one guy who was selling his 48 thousand square foot home here in Oakville for $60 million very nice as well. This house in Mississauga is sweet to though. ruclips.net/video/pvnv9Wrr0R4/видео.html
It’s like my ex, aesthetically pleasing exterior but the inside is drab and uninspiring. “Say or do something that makes me feel anything!” I yell while she’s on the phone making her next appointment to a salon. Cooking? No. Cleaning? No. Sex? No. Profession that can prescribe me drugs? Forget it. I let her keep the dog because that’s the only thing in the world she’ll ever have a connection with. That and whatever mirror is currently projecting her dead-eyed gaze…
I drive by the house all the time and I am in awe of the beauty, but I hate to say it, I was not expecting this interior...the flowery floor inlays took the eyes away from the high ceilings and millwork. The collection of furniture also does not make sense in the space. And, finally, the porcelain everywhere creates too much echo and would be hard on the feet. The point of the rococo style is to be elegant, luscious and heritage. Wood floors in specific areas would have created a sense of warmth here and rugs would have grounded the functions of each area. I do like the modernized kitchen though. When you have such beautiful architecture, stage it with some form furniture so the architecture can stand out.
Here is my grain of salt. Yes a big big house indeed. Build for a foreigner with deep pocket, perhaps from the Middle East or Asia (China). That's why so much gold around- The Location is not ideal.
LOL one of the money laundering, drugs, girls, guns etc was raided by police not too long ago in GTA was similar to this type of house...you need a phony insurance company or an illegal side business to own something like this, otherwise no one with legit income means can afford it in this country at least. One needs to know how to do creating book keeping to Dodge CRA and by putting ethics, honesty and integrity aside one can definitely own this type of life style.
For those who are curious for more info: The house is currently active on the market for $45 million as of this comment posting. Property taxes are equal to $8,579 per month. ($102,953 annually) The last time the house was up for sale was Oct 2005. It had a list price of $3.9 million at the time. It didn't sell. In 2007, this house could be rented for $3,000 per month.
I have been away from Toronto for too long. I had no idea they were creating estates such as this in Mississauga! Looks kind of naked without a grand outdoor pool and entertaining space in the backyard.
Everyone is complaining about the interior... I don’t get it! It’s just like it’s only prepared, not ready for the actual owner. Fill it up with personal shit!!! I’d love it!
The inside I could live with. What I couldn’t is the power lines running low and directly in front of the house. If you google earth the entire front of the house has power lines running right in front of it. Nothing like dodging high voltage trying to come home.
Canuk lad living in Qatar. And the interior aesthetic is exactly like those of my Arab royal friends here in Qatar, in Kuwait and Dubai, down to the red gym. So I have to wonder if the current owner isn't an Arab investor with some spare change.
Outside: influenced by Versailles Inside: influenced by MTV "Cribs" Looks like a professional athlete who was poor until last year went on a shopping spree.
It looks like something one would find in the Middle East. Tacky and way OTT. Expensively decorated with the kind of cheap looking garbage one associates more with Honest Ed’s.
The kitchen is funny. It’s like random kitchen in a huge suburban house. I believe the chef the owner would hire for events would agree. My small modern city apartment has the same sink.
Beautiful Mansion. Fix the Driveway Some New Landscaping Outdoor Pool, Tennis Court , Garage/shop for yard equipment etc. And Furniture to taste. Be nice with more Acreage. But Close in town to say convenience. Maybe Stone Fence Wall and Security. For Who can afford/invest a Buyers dream. 👍😉❤️
Dude, if you could afford this house, which you can’t, you’d probably out a TV in every single room, or be like Bill Gates and have a robot TV to follow you around.
unsold since December 2019, $45 M Can$, taxes about $100,000 annually. Plus expenses you would need to put in 200K a year to keep it. I'll pass. Really big waste of money.
Seems suitable as a wedding venue as well...gorgeous place
The walk from the bedroom to the gym and back seems enough of a workout.
you'd already be peeing on the way
I seen this house being build from start to finish. it was amazing. Love living so close and going for drives and seeing things grow through time
Is St. George presently occupied?
@@junemalcolm-evans9449 No Idea! Is hard to tell in that area. When you go for drives it's like a ghost town. No cars or people outside their houses
@@loribarbosa9 WOW! "Homes" like those should be fully utilized...show joyful life!
I’m sure the Sultan of Mississauga will buy it.
Good one! 😂😂

The interior is gorgeous and I am going to buy this house.
10/10 Exterior.
2/10 Interior.
Otherwise you would have purchased, eh? 🤡
The interior design looks like something a teenager came up with playing Sims
xactly
Lol, so true.
Yeah man, it's quite unfortunate because the house itself is spectacular. They should have carried the Rococo style consistently throughout the house.
I was just gonna say that
jealous
Nice house and excellent music choice
FANTASTIC HOUSE THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING US 💙💫🌏
Will sit for 3 years, then auction off for 15 million
No different then the Chelster house in Oakville-been sitting empty for over two years, and it was listed for 59,900 million.Absurd size.
Absolutely stunning ⭐️

$50 mil to live in Miss.? lol,or you could live somewhere warm like on your own island in the Bahamas, another foreign investment gone wrong

The interior decor is so disappointing. The architecture of the house is breathtaking however.

1980s gold fixtures. The upstairs looks like a mall. So very tacky
MittyKitty That is exactly what l though when l saw it. The upstairs looks like an old mall. Very boring.
THIS IS WHY I LOVE THIS ESTATE . THE CRASTMANSHIP IN THIS HOME IS JIST BEAUTIFUL 😍 I LOVE THIS ESTATE. 💘
The Credit River you see there is one of the best places to go golf-ball fishing, used to go when I was a kid.
