I had so many friends with whom I started skating, and despite getting pretty good most of them fell into a junkie lifestyle and completely stopped skateboarding. We were by no means pros or anything, but it's sad to think how an unhealthy lifestyle ruined what could have been more years spent skating together and having good times. Props to Neen for turning his life around.
I’ve been skating for almost five years and he is right, nobody will tell you but the pain creeps in. I’m 19 and have chronic back pain (granted I’m 6foot and skinny like a rail), but skating has definitely put a dent on me. Now I stretch, eat healthy, and do things right. I can’t imagine continuing to do all of this without the knowledge that people like Neen are spreading. Thanks Neen!

I remember watching the Antwuan Dixon Epicly Later’d and thinking, this Neen guy seems like a bad influence on Antwuan. But now he seems like he really has his life together. Much respect to Neen.
