      hey, thank you so much!! nothing is impossible! seriously, when I was in year 10 I wasn’t working nearly as hard as I did in college; you still have plenty of time! 💗
      and I did the international baccalaureate! so didn’t really do GCSEs lol, we just did most subjects I think 😅☺️

    Hi Amira, I am so glad to have come across your informative video! I am an incoming psychology grad student this Fall and was wondering if you could share some advice about accommodations near the Psychology Denmark Hill Campus.

      hey, thank you so much for your kind words! ooh congratulations!!! 💗 unfortunately i haven’t lived in that area, so can’t give too much advice, but the campus is a really exciting place to be! it expands all around Kings College Hospital so you feel like a real medic 😉

    Hii! Your room looks amazing! Do you have any tips to find affordable housing in London? Or are the student accoms good?

    • @AmiraHasna
      @AmiraHasna  Год назад +1

      awie thank you! 💛✨ honestly your best bet is to just go through all the KCL accomns and note down prices (also factor in potential commute prices) and then also consider non-KCL general student accomms.
      you’ll def find more affordable places a lil further out from central london, especially shared flats rather than studios. I stayed in student halls my entire degree - I liked having all utilities/wifi/etc. included! 😆🤍

      @@AmiraHasna aww thank you so much! if you don’t mind me asking, what was the accoms you stayed in in this video?🥹 i really hope to get a private space with my own bath and kitchen, but idk how easy that’ll be😅

      @@junifrizell2295 that was Drapery Place, in Aldgate!! ngl that was def a pricier studio because of the location - but it’s owned by United Students so all their branches are probs nice!!

    Hi, i've gotten into Kings to study Geography in September. Im really struggling to decide between Kings and a campus based uni outside London. Is there any advice or things you could say to help me make this decision? Thanks:)

    • @AmiraHasna
      @AmiraHasna  Год назад

      congratulations!!🥰❤️ and it’s quite a tricky decision; really depends on you! a campus is perhaps easier to meet people and feel connected to the uni, whilst being at Kings has the benefit of being in London with so much else to offer besides the uni campus bubble. for me, I just made sure to spend lots of time on KCL campus, in societies or the library, and really enjoyed that!
      but ultimately it’s up to your preference and how you want to be spending your time. good luck with whatever you choose! 💖

    Hi again! I know, I am asking all the time but I'd like to inform myself as u already know and who could be better for that than someone who's been studying at KCL!
    Anyway, I wanted to ask you... Although I am quite young, my English level is advanced (not like a C1 or anything. I have never actually taken a test to see my level) for someone my age. Even though that's the case, I've been listening to you and trying to read also some of the stuff from your seminars and stuff but I got a concern... Do you think the level of English or the complexity in the language increases noticeably? I mean... Would you consider it a high level of English for a foreigner? :')
    I know I can get the level if I study (I have no problems at all with English and I am absolutely mad about it) but it's still concerning :'> Thanks for your help, you're clarifying lots of questions ❤

    • @AmiraHasna
      @AmiraHasna  2 года назад +1

      hey! honestly the English can be quite complex in some research papers - but most English-natives struggle just as much as foreigners with that!😆 so I wouldn’t worry at all!!
      it seems like your English is really good and if you’re still young then by the time you reach university I’m confident you will have no problems! plus most lecturers include subtitles/transcripts in their lecturers to help with comprehension ☺️
      hope this helps!
