I'm gonna be honest I myself am still wondering this, in story they said that only one Astranagant can exist in the multiverse (according to what most people say and is why it was not in OG). I also heard a theory that it is their its just not been built yet. So it's honestly a mixed bag (I honestly thought it was in X_Omega but it surprisingly was not their).
