When I was in dance we had a performance where I had a wig 36inches and curly ...the tips with wigs::: you HAVE to pin , glue or stitch it tight so that it won't come loose our fall off...our have one that had a elastic draw string that tightens around the hair line.....I pinned mine and it pretty much stayed on the whole performance

I hit the ground too with it lmaoo I was too embarrassed it was a red light, so all the cars was stationary and I was right there on the ground trying put on my wig while my sister stood over me trying to block me from being seen. Oooh Chile I was hurt.
Omg! This reminds me of when i was in cheerleading! We were performing at regionals, after we were done, we sat down as the next team came up. We watched them perform, and they were great! But then near the end, one girl did a cartwheel and as she did it her weave flew of to the middle of the stage! After they all had finished, as they were walking off, the girl ran back to grab it and ran off in embarrassment. I felt soooo bad. And because of that, they didnt Make it.

There are many teams that wear wigs or ponytails. It's like part of the uniform. If if falls off- We were taught to " Keep it Moving" . Everything is not going to be perfect all the time-It's how you react when things go bad determine how great you are. We had everything from hair to skirts falling off.
