I remember seeing this trailer over....rewatched it so many times, not even 10% of what was shown ever made it into the final product. Absolute false advertising...such a shame.
забавно то, что большая часть ролика - это уже сделанная анимация и механика, запись игрового процесса - плавание, скиллы и прочее, но это просто не реализовали и не выпустили)
да, потому что им на этот момент урезали бюджет, деньги ушли в бнс, и тот что руководил разработкой айона, по итогу тоже ливнул, так как денег не хватало, после чего игра пошла по рукам, ее доделывали всякие левые команды, за бутылку пивка. А так, если в элизиуме спуститься в низ, там были заготовки поселения, оно там по идее должно было быть. Я просто на какой-то фришке туда выпадал, и там были домики всякие, их так не видно, только если упасть вниз)

Из за того что деньги ушли в бнс, и команда которая работала над айоном, развалилась из за нехватки денег, и айон по итогу передали левой команде, которая ее доделывала за копейки, ну оно и видно по качеству дальнейших патчей. И кстати вот так передавали ее много раз, по этому игра так сильно менялась от версии к версии, каждая новая команда кромсала игру, переделываю под свою идею.

I picked this game back up two weeks ago for rally the troops and I have to say I enjoy it so far. Yes the questing and trades are a bit grindy at times but whenever I need a group quest done I'm always able to get people either in my legion or from pugs who are picking this game back up just like I am. Too many of you are making the same crappy complaints that work for any MMO on the market. If you don't enjoy it stop whinning about a soon to be FtP game that's done quite a lot of things right.

some of the graphics from the vision trailer has already been place in the game like the lighting and shadows ect.. there ofc is still some missing but it is already in the game, they won't be adding some of what we see in here in 3.0 for us either like swimming wont be in and the full graphic re haul wont be completely in either, it will be placed slowly in with other updates.
This game looks so amazing:) ive played aion for a while now and i got a glad lvl 55 and i just cant wait for this update to come out, it looks so peaceful and nice:) and all the mounts and stuff :) im so exited :)!

This graphics are so fake. I just reinstalled aion to have a look again, and its just stunningly ugly... No weather effects, no snow effects no flying leafs just nothing from this trailer went live.
Go to option, graphics,high quality, Apply, Ok, exit the game and launcher, the restart the game...the graphics for this game is unbelievably the best, but I cant play with it liek that cuz it hurts my eyes

Просто название трейлера переведено неверно. Это "Aion VISION" = каким Айон хотели бы видеть разрабы. Грубо говоря это был набросок разрабов на то, какой могла бы быть игра в последующих версиях. Какой-то даун дал название "Aion 3.0", и понеслось..
many of improvements preented in this video is already inclued in game - graphic engine update, mounts, ne zones, and WIP is new classes (4.0) and i think this epic battle at end is crippled to actual Tiamatera (or how is this name) because building that attacked looks like fortresses in tiama...

I agree completely. I'm still waiting for day when we'll have UO in modern colors. That aside I'm excited to see how will people react to Tera when it is released. Will Tera stand out or will it blend in with the rest of the crowd. I don't think it's hard to do these days...
true theres alot of merchandise related to it. but there just isnt nothing as of yet,beside the big gyro spheres and huge bulky helmet, that actually does it at this time.

Guys, this IS NOT the 3.0 update. This trailer is actually called "aion vision trailer". It's the stuff they are PLANNING on putting in Aion. NOT what was supposed to be on on the 3.0 update.
This isn't a content update trailer. This is the visions trailer, and all material they never promised to release. Somebody posted this as the 2.0 update trailer more than a year ago too, all leaches from the official source, where all of this is explained.
it comes by the game session...snow will come in the winter session..check it on the top left corner of ur small map..u can see game time and game month...happy playing.. :)

So what has changed with Aion sense I started playing WoW again earlier this year? Are you finally able to ride on mounts and fight the apposing factions on your mounts? Did they update the landscape and events? I'm just wondering cause if I don't like SWTOR, I might come back to playing Aion if they updated at all...
Alright, I'm at level 24 now and its getting somewhat easier to complete quests and as long as I can get the gear in game the fact that it's gear dependent wont be too bad. Like I said I mainly chose assassin for end game pvp and it should excel at that. Thanks for helpin me out.
i'm actually Hyp when i first saw this Trailer year year year year ago but when i came back to Aion most of it doesn't even exist in game screw me up . hope it's still ongoing in near future patch.

I actually don't remember what 4.7 was, 4.0 and below are easier to recall.

Also, you probably had your graphics on low...Because they do have weather.

because of that anime...i found this game....it made me realize how epik and fun a MMORPG game is and i cant wait for the new episode of SAO
@TAKASHIMIKE the free version of Aion isn't published by ncsoft in Europe, whereas it still is in the US

I just realised that Aion would make a better movie than a game.
Ncsoft what happened? Who hurt you? All you had to do was remake Aion like this and add action combat . That's all you had to do.
