Hey Omar, can you do a video which shows the different ways to collect Cates' Cosmic Run? 1 - What to do if you have The Cates Cosmic Omni [which other books to read/buy without double dipping] 2 - What to do if you bought Cosmig Chost Rider Omni [which other books to read/buy withouth double dipping] 3 - What to do if you bought the OHCs and what is missing. 4 - Are you covered with everything if you buy both Omni's despite there being so much overlap? 5 - The previous Cates omni was a volume 1, is there likely to be volume 2, will that double dip with this one? This and cosmic cates are confusing for those of us who haven't read the run yet and want to buy it in some kind of logical order without double dipping.
These stories are ridiculously fun to read and even though I already have Thanos Wins OHC and some of the mini's in single issues I still can't wait til I get this omnibus delivered next week
I'm also an action figure collector. The identity of this Ghost Rider as well as the baby has been revealed by the action figure reviewers. I'm gonna have to pass on buying omnibi for some time. I backed the Haslab Galactus, and it took a hefty chunk from my budget.
I ordered this one instead of getting the Donny Cates Cosmic Universe omnibus. I also have the ohc of Cates’ Guardians so I didn’t really want to triple dip. I’m with u Omar, it would be awesome to have a Danny Ketch Ghost Rider omnibus. I love that ‘90s artwork.
I have the Thanos and Guardians OHCs but it is tempting to pick this up for the mini-series. Personally I would like to have a Reyes Omnibus, it could probably all of his stories so far in one volume. And would give all the back story for an ongoing Avenger character.
Only other Ghost Rider stories I've read is the two minis by Ennis/Crain, the art is absolutely gorgeous and needs to be in over sized format. But I don't think those stories goes with anything else so an OHC por favor, pronto!
I was interested to pick this up, then I read some of the issues digitally and... it just didn't do it for me. For some reason, I just can't get into Cates' writing (even God Country, I found merely alright rather than spectacular). I feel that perhaps his emphasis is on twists and spectacular artwork rather than on the kind of writing I prefer. Still, see a lot of people are hyped for this, I'm happy for them! Ooh yeah I ordered this after complaining about its existence lol. I didn’t realize it had the first six issues of GotG and because I loved those and really disliked the final six I was happy to get this and ignore the GotG OHC.

Pretty impossible not to know who GR is. I mean, if you buy the book, chances are you'll accidentally see the back cover when you buy it. Heck, even the quote on the front cover pretty much spoils it. I preordered it, never read it, but I think knowing who he is, is nearly unavoidable.

I can only speak for the character as he appeared in the Thanos story, but I thought his character was pretty hollow, a fanfic style creation with a generic Deadpool knockoff personality. Like why not make him a completely new person instead of who he ended up being if his personality is going to be completely different? He looks cool af though, and will make a dope figure or statue. I would rather have a Texeira/Saltares Danny Ketch omni though.

I recently stumbled across a video on omnibus sagging (an issue I didn’t even realize existed), and when I checked a few of my bigger Omni’s I do in fact see they text block sagging a bit and touching the shelf. Do you put anything under your books for support? I saw people mentioning cutting up comic boards, and even specific archival boarding. Sounds like a pain.

Robbie Reyes collection is really good too if you like ghost rider.

Save $ and skip it. I did the same. Just got GotG OHC, Thanos OHC and trades to avoid double dipping many times over.
