Hi, thanks for your video. Just wanted to ask, you said about the gearbox oil refill level bolt on the side of the gearbox. When you top up the gear oil from the reverse switch, how do you know when the gearbox is full if you don't remove the level bolt? Thanks 😊

Few ways to do that, the simplest way is to go on auto data and just find out how much oil it takes, or the other way when you take the driveshaft off what ever comes out catch it and just re top it up with same amount, or if you can take the bolt off just do that, most of these Vauxhalls normally take about 2 to 2 half litres. Is it going to be the same in Zafira B 1.7 CDTI ecoflex 2012 plate? As it has flywheel too.
Been quoted 1200 and thinking its bit too much

The principal is the same but on the diesel there is very little space much harder also gearbox is a lot bigger

Ive also got Zafira B 1.7 CDTI ecoflex 2010, I had clutch and dual mass wheel replaced 2 years ago, than last year I've got motor replaced with new timing belt, egr, turbo, etc. and the car was good for a year, and now my clutch sleeve cylinder started to leek, so in general mechanic quoted me pretty the same price as I've paid for engine replacement. So the question. where are in UK you based, and how much would you charge to replace this sleeve cylinder, the way you did in the video. Thanks Zabi

my cars been in for almost 2 weeks now. getting clutch down.. aparently something blew up had to get more a#parts then after that something about drive shaft.... so now waiting on driveshaft.
after watching this i dont understand what has gone wrong, will be an interesting conversation.
