Bemsee Rookie 600 2023 Round 1 Race 4 Gamble’s race

Damp start to the race so was slippery. Started 2nd on the grid. Turn 2 (Druids) nearly had a highside on the exit as you can hear, camera doesn’t show it much as the smoothness setting was on high. This was in my head for the rest of the race, which then meant I ended up crossing the line in 5th. Not too bad of a start to the season with a 6th, 5th, 4th and 5th for the weekend.
Oh and including a big highside on the Friday test day that bruised my back, but that’s what happens when you ride in the snow and rain.

Probably sounds silly but why do some riders wear the coloured bibs

Hi dan, basically rookies wear bibs, in our race yellow bib is rookie 1000 and orange bib is rookie 600

Hi mate just got my acu and joined bemsee for the new comers. Are the 1000 and 600 mixed ?

Hi mate, so we’re on the same grid but it’s split. 1000’s go off first and then 20 seconds later the 600’s go off. Best thing you’ll ever do is race motorbikes!
