I'm still confused--Is the gain of the sold property included in your ordinary income (or taxable income)? If so, it would take us above the 0% tax rate.
When I first realized dividends (most) are taxed at long term capital gains rates and you could earn 105k tax free I honestly thought it was a mistake😂a very little known realization
