This reminds me of Sachin Tendulkar's love for his bat. One bat was broken during a game. He glued it and taped it with the surgical fabric tape. Nearly half his career, he used the same broken bat. It's about the feel of the bat in your hand....he said
I differ to agree.... I myself repair bats and play with them.... some of these bats have unbelievable ping because of the continuous beating over the years... a good handle is all that is required and they are good enough for those 90m sixes
Wonderful work. I am happy to see something getting repaired and restored from our country. Otherwise har koi China ki tarah sasti cheez kharid ke fenkne ke mood mein rehta hai.
Excellent craftsmanship !! I played lots of cricket never ever seen such bats being damaged like this one. Either someone purposely hitting the bat on the stone or dont know how to bat
Great job..u did a lot of hard work in reconditioning that badly broken cricket bat...but the damage was so huge ..I doubt whether the performance of the repaired bat will be same as that of a new bat...
Hi Buddy... I am A youtuber myself and i saw your video coming on my screen. since i am a Cricket Lover so opened it randomly.. The video is around 13.36 minutes and there is no point i feel like skipping it.. Its a lovely video you have uploaded.. the amount of hard work and patience you have given is incredible.. this bat is good to make some great memorable Knocks.. the similar way you will shine as well. All d best for your future buddy.. Cheers
@ Vijay kolla l saw a video manufacturing bats for धोनी a Merrut company they make bats ranging from Rs150 to Rs 35000 .l think this bat is costlier so come for repair
Years ago as a teenager I bought a new Gray Nicholls bat in a sale................the willow had no spring, no sweet spot and completely useless, I always wondered what made it 'sh*t'?
Dont use favicol use Standard Araldite for sweet point more effective and those grains gets new life favicol is temporary which is not use for sudden impacts on bat it will get brake easily after this repaire.

A bat never remains the same after repairing... It losts it's sweet spot forever
its not for play, preserve for memory.

No , it depends upon the batsman
Runners bat
All big players get their bats repaired or services after each series and they use same 4-5 set of bats for even 8-10 years.
Amount of love and care you put in the bat is just precious.
Absolutely 👍

Hum is ladke ko jante hi Shukla ji ...mere sare bat yahi thik karte hi ❤❤❤❤
Appreciate your effort but if the condition of the bat is that bad just buy a new one or make another
Cost for a new one is much much higher than repair one
@@dr.sarikulalam49 thank you for the enlightenment, i didn't know that a new bat would cost more than a broken bat🙃
It is an extreme case. Most bats aren't this badly damaged.
Now it is no more a wooden bat...it is a fevicol bat🤣🤣
🤣
one fast ball from stayn, malinga.... bat will fly in pieces...
🤣🤣🤣
I think that's a good counter Frome you 😁
Tumhen dekha bat Bata de mere ko kitne mitega
Excellent work, pure genius 😊
Thank you very much!
Those would make okay wall decorations. They are never gonna hit the same as when they were in their prime.
After so many tricks,You can do a bit of welding too😂😂😂
Season bat now left for only gully cricket. Donate such repaired bats to gully boys so that they can also play without any wooden slab
Fevicol bat.. not used for Playing , only for showcase 😇😇😇😶
Nice restoration.. Ready to be the Showcase as a "memoir"

If a bat has so much repair as this, will it still strike the same way?
No. It becomes a relic after such repairs. Only for sentimental values.

The way you repair the bat is amazing..but its a bat its not some kind of furniture..
I want to start bat repairing work
Can u please tell me the tools needed for this
Dont use favicol use Standard Araldite for sweet point more effective and those grains gets new life favicol is temporary which is not use for sudden impacts on bat it will get brake easily after this repaire.
Broken bat is always a broken couple good shots an voilla it will open up from cracks again
it looks terrible to start with.. would the repair last?
Great job!
3.26 pe Handel Tak q trim Kiya for weight?
My question is how fast was the bowler bowling?
You can doesn’t mean you should 😅, great skill though 🙇🏽♂️
This bat will not last long as it may break again with a hard shot I think so, but hatsoff for your work bro.
Nice bhai keep doing hardwork u will definitely reach success 💪👍

I'd have used that bat as kindling, but kudos on your enterprise. Not sure it would stand up to playing in a match.
