Yve was my first main hero after returning to ML. I’m proud to see my main having recognition both in Ranked or Professional plays. I’ve felt all the nerfs and buffs, but Yve and Pharsa are still S tier Mages.
Mage user. In solo rank, Yve is not picked/banned bec. her skills are lineup-based. When enemies are melee, I always pick Yve to deal damage from afar. Her equipments are also situational. If she is played as a support, or enemies have plenty of mobile heroes, I use IQW and the other wands+ durance. But if the enemies are not mobile and squishy like mm or zero blink mages, burst items like COD, LT, HC, DG are good for her.
welp i build her w IQW and then the rest are for damage like HC, DG, etc. so she can be a support (as for the slow) but can also deal quite alot of damage
TIPS AND TRICKS FOR YVE The recommended default Battle Spell for Yve is Flameshot, which helps you finish off enemies early game. As she does not have any natural ability to escape, Flicker is also a good option. Choose between the two based on your own playstyle. Naturally, Mage Emblem works best with Yve. As she excels at poking and kiting, you can take Agility to increase your movement speed, Observation to increase Magic Penetration, and Magic Worship for the burn. Out of the three, Agility should always be taken on Yve, while subsequent talents depends on your preference. Even though Yve’s base movement speed of 255 is slightly above average compared to Aurora’s 245 and Luo Yi’s 250, getting boots early allows you to kite more smoothly, so prioritize that. The recommended default equipment build in-game is a sustained damage build. If you prefer burst, swap out Enchanted Talisman and Arcane Boots for Demon Shoes to ensure you have enough mana, and Ice Queen Wand for the slow. This item is essential for Yve, since you’ll need to continuously reposition her in order to poke out enemies whilst taking the least amount of damage for favorable trades. Instead of Concentrated Energy, replace it with Lightning Truncheon, which gives more flat Magic Power, and deals extra magic damage. To maximize her damage, always chain your first and second skill combo with basic attacks in between cooldowns. A solid basic combo to master is Void Blast into Void Crystal, basic attack, Void Blast, then basic attack. Since Yve’s ultimate count increases with her passive, it’ll be good to combo your first and second skill to get ten stacks before finishing off with your ultimate. Having ally tanks with hard crowd control that help to keep opponents within your grid whilst blocking incoming enemy crowd control for you is highly beneficial.
She's still sitting at my top picks during ranked games with more than 70% win rate from last season till now. Sobrang gusto ko talaga yung kit nya kase may pang-poke, pang-slow tas pang-zone pa. Ambilis pa ng movement speed nya esp. kapag naka Genius Wand and Glowing Wand because of the additional movement speed. Makaka--kite ka rin basta patamain mo lang yung 1st skill nya para sa speed bonus tas sa inner circle para makati talaga. Agree rin ako na ang core item nya lang is yung Ice Queen Wand kase slow talaga habol mo kay Yve lalo na yung 2nd skill parang hindi na makakagalaw kalaban hhahahah tas the rest depende na sa composition ng kalaban. Pero, most of the time, kinukumpleto ko yung 3 wand tas Holy Crystal and Blood Wings combo para mataas yung shield and makati rin yung 1st skill at tap ng ult. Kapag need naman ng Durance, 2nd item ko yan binubuo tas hindi na ko nagbi-build ng Blood Wings.

yve really shines in coordinated teams. new thing ive learned is to use s2 on blocking enemy paths. i used to aim on having them step on the treadmill itself, but now i know to also use it to zone enemies away. altno its a pain in the ass playing her in solo queue where i have to stick to more independent mages like kagura and chang'e. appreciate the vid! utility > burst :3

I usually use Yve dahil sa skill set niya. High mobility, sustain, slow and dps. Maganda siyang gamitin para sakin pag walang frontliner, kina-cast ko na agad yung ulti para mabawasan na lahat and the rest of my teammates na lang yung tatapos sa kanila.

Demons shoes, Clock of Destiny, Lightning truncheon, holy crystal, divine glaive, genius wand. Pag eto gamit sa team fights, malaki potential ni Yve kasi sa range ng ultimate niya. Mahirap talagang kalaban si Yve lalo na kung protektado sya lagi ng kakampi. Sya dapat ipofocus if ever na may assassin, kaso nga if protected sya, mahihirapan ka kasi may mobility din naman sya. Depende na lang din siguro sa positioning.

As a support user I can agree that yve is much better than pharsa. Especially in teamfights, even her skill sets doesn't had stun her slow can turn the tide of the battle. All i can say if you want to be a better yve user, always mind your position and try not be the center of attraction in the battle because her ult can now be cancelled, also utilize her skills and poke them in the early game to make them recall and get much gold in the turret as much as possible, that's all. Nung bagong labas c Yve, binili ko talaga cya kase, aside from mage user ako, malawak ang range nito at nagpapa-slow pa ng mga kalaban. Kaya lng ang hirap kung solo player ka kase may sariling mundo minsan ang mga kakampi mo hehehe. Kaya ginagamit ko lng c Yve kung may kasama ako sa rg at depende na rin sa drafting ng kalaban.

Mahirap talagang kalaban si Yve lalo na kung protektado sya lagi ng kakampi. Sya dapat ipofocus if ever na may assassin, kaso nga if protected sya, mahihirapan ka kasi may mobility din naman sya. Depende na lang din siguro sa positioning.

As a support user I can agree that yve is much better than pharsa. Especially in teamfights, even her skill sets doesn't had stun her slow can turn the tide of the battle. All i can say if you want to be a better yve user, always mind your position and try not be the center of attraction in the battle because her ult can now be cancelled, also utilize her skills and poke them in the early game to make them recall and get much gold in the turret as much as possible, that's all. By the way nice tips and information hope I will win in that raffle draw😁

Yve kasi ung type of mage n pang teamfight..kylangan ng team coordination pra maging effective sya..kaya sya hnd most ban s solo que kasi more on kill lang s solo que unlike s pro play...
I played Yve once when all heroes are in free access and have difficulty on ult timings. I clicked on the vid seeing the shocking mcl pick/ban rate of the hero. Looks like my Pharsa picks in games will be put to some rest when I got my next 32k.

Gusto ko lang idagdag na napanood ko kay sir wolfcasts na sinabi nyang may tatlong mage na talagang kundi ibaban, dapat makuha at least isa. Same reason, dahil sagot sila sa mm meta ngayon: pharsa, yve, at conditional na lylia. Artillery mage nga kasi sila, burst type, tapos malakas mang zone haha.
Off-meta na pero kung magagawa pa ng mga 5man nyo, try nyo ulit yung geometry combo na ginagawa ng dating smart omega (nung sila toshi pa haha) na pharsa yve. wala lang masaya lang magdrawing ng squid game. HAHAHAHA jk
