Chemical warefare is my favorite album from the kevin thrasher era. Probably be in my top 3 albums from the band. My list would probably be (i dont list DYILF because it was a lighting in a bottle record none of the members that helped write this album are around anymore) 1. Ungrateful 2. Chemical warfare 3. TWIO 4. Out of the shadows 5. Self titled 6. Hate me 7. I am human Argueably though DITLF is their best but not even ronnie could push out another album that good, it was a team effort of who was around back then.
Now that Blessthefall has returned, I’d love to hear a take on them. I don’t think they have any albums I dislike. All of them had some great jams on them. Hard Feelings was a strong grower for sure.
I'm waiting on their new album to drop to do their discography, and I'm familiar with all their work except for Hard Feelings, still haven't listened to it. Witness and His Last Walk were amazing for their time and I still listen to them.
@@jaydennis1999 I was never as big on Witness as everyone else… but Hollow Bodies absolutely transcends the genre for me. Hard Feelings I wasn’t a huge fan of at first but it’s definitely pretty good. My favorite closer of theirs… and maybe my favorite album closer ever.
I've considered them but last I checked they only have 4 albums, and while I've done bands with less.....FIR is kinda predictable on the ranking. Although it would be fun doing their first 3 albums and the nuance around the ranking. Just Like You would easily be their best if not for the subpar production.
tbh my favorite is self titled just like you, i suppose it's the sentimental value i have attached to it as it reminds me of when i used to be around 13 but maaan you can't just not sing along to gorgeous nightmare
To me their first 3 are there best 3. Yes the middle of the self titled is a bit of a lull but the beginning 3 , ending 3 plus a few songs in the middle are good. I always thought that dying was their most consist album and that TWio was a bit scattered but yeah generally I agree
1: DIYLF
2: Self Titled
3: Ungrateful
4: Hate Me
5: TWIO
6: I Am Human
7: Out Of The Shadows
8: Chemical Warfare
also yea one for the money overrated asf
like why is it above situations lol

i just discovered this band and they are so good
DIYLF is a masterpiece
DIYLF was lightning in a bottle. They've had some solid albums since but their first was something special.
will you do falling in reverse?

I feel you on that, and I had a few friends at the time (all scene girls) that loveeedd that album for how theatrical or dark and experimental it got.
To me their first 3 are there best 3.

I really thought they came back hard with Ungrateful. Did you ever dig any of their more recent albums?
@@jaydennis1999 minus a few songs not really. I really think a Falling I’m reverse video ranking would be cool as a kinda companion piece.
@@JackDiamond_FBOW I will probably do them pretty soon. I've listened to and enjoyed all their albums on some level as well.
