Have not missed grab handles since we installed the running boards.

That would help older people also.

about how long did this total install take you? my shop is saying its going to take two hours.

Two hours sound reasonable. Even 3 hours would be acceptable, especially if they trim the panels and re-install them. It takes a shop time to get the parts out, the tools ready and clean up after installation.

What is spec of torque wrench? I tried 1/2 inc 300 lb-ft impact wrench and couldn't get the T55 move a bit

@@madhursharma2367 I don’t know the specific torque for these bolts. But removing bolts will usually take more torque than tightening torque. With threadlocker on the bolts as well as some corrosion that may already have set in. All large torx bolts are tough to remove. A 1/2” with only 300 seems small, usually the cheap 1/2” have 600+ and a little more money gives you 1200.
Harbor Freight has one for $40 that does 900 or a fancy one that does 1200 for $120. Also don’t use any extension, wobble socket or joint with an impact.

Hi, Unfortunately our Rhino is currently not running. Need to get a new carburetor for it. Maybe at a later time.

Great vid.. ur not only one with improper labeling of brackets. I’m old school no power .. blue loctite. Nice touch ur the first. Do u know torque specs?

Thanks 👍 It's funny how they get that wrong, it's so nicely labeled😂.
Since they don't give any torque specs I used my arm as torque wrench😂 Since I have been turning wrenches all my life I have some feel for it. The loctite will make sure they are not coming loose. If you'd like to torque them, then I would just use the standard torque for the bolt size thread type.
Did you get yours installed yet?
