April, this video would have helped a lot during my application process last year. This brings back a lot of memories!
Thanks April, this is the exact video I needed. I’ll need more interviews if you can.
Great episode 👏 👌. However I think the past questions are useful for post first degree students, especially those from fields which do not involve a lot if writing because it helps you practice the thinking and writing of essay process, and even gives you an idea of the type of essays that could be asked. I believe such preparation helps in the entire examination stage 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Good point!
Very insightful I loved every part of the video Thanks April❤❤❤🙏
Thank you for watching and you're welcome 🙏🏽
April, I must acknowledge that you smile beautifully. And you have provided some of us with valuable information. Thanks
This was so helpful ❤️
Thank you for watching 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank you very much April... I hope to find this very helpful

I am here learning and getting all the information before I apply to law school 🙏
Best of luck!

Thank you! You asked all the right questions
Wait so were you in a oil and gas class?
Thank you April for such an impactful video. I would like to get in touch with a post first degree law student to ask a few questions. Please can I dm you?
Glad it was helpful! yes, you can DM me on Instagram pls
@@AprilN okay I will....right away
Thank you so much. This video is an eye opener. Very insightful👏🏾❤️. Did Patience finish doing her national service before continuing with the post first degree law?
Thank you very much for watching:)) Yes, she finished national service and even worked for a while before going to study law
Please, is it a requirement that one has to do his or her National Service before applying for the Post First Degree Law?
How can a one become a litigation attorney after attaining a first degree in PA? And what law program is best for a post graduate program to be a litigation attorney?
Also, I read that, the post graduate programs are evening lectures, how true is that?
I loved to hear the undergraduate experience 😍
Sure thing!
I really loved this video
I would like to also know about the part time and full time post first degree experience, how do they manage to work and study law and also I would like to know if it's possible to get a scholarship as a post first degree law student.
You are not allowed to work and study law as a post first degree law student at UG. I havent heard of any scholarships available but will inquire further and get back to you on that. I will post another video with a different post first degree perspective soon though so pls watch out for it 🙏🏽
@@AprilN Alright
Thank you
@@AprilN Wow this serious. Please is it that the schedule of the program does not allow you to work because i heard Patience say she was asked about her work at the interview kindly assist
Please I'm a language student at university of education and I want to divert into law after completion of my first degree in languages. But my question is
1. Am I going to be admitted?
2. What class do I have to get before I will gain admission?
3. Is there any books u will recommend it for me to buy and read on before anything else?
4. And please the law programme, I want to know the categories of courses embedded in it, and as a language student, what programme or course in the law faculty that is going to be beneficial to me based upon the language that I am doing at the University of education winneba?
Thank you God bless you.
I will be very grateful to you if I can chat you on WhatsApp so that if there is anything I can reach you directly through that medium.
I am crazy about law and it is in my DNA and I will definitely become a lawyer before I die.🙏🙏🙏
thanks for your comment!
1. I don't think anyone besides the admissions officer at your school of choice can answer that.
2. I believe a second class upper/first class but it depends on the school; so I suggest you contact your school of choice for more information.
3. 'Learning the Law' by Glanville Williams, but to be fair, until you start studies you'd probably be confused either way even if you read it or any other book.
4. Not sure, I understand the question. In Ghana, the law program is general. There are compulsory and elective courses for everyone. Your background (University of Education Winneba) plays no role in what you'll study at the law school. You would pick out your own electives but they are minimal as compared to the compulsory courses everyone has to take.
I wish you all the best!
@@AprilN Thank you very much dear
God richly bless you

Very insightful... does legon run evening sessions or it’s solely regular for post first degree students?
No pls, its solely regular. The PFD and undergrad students are in 1 class
@@AprilN alright thanks
Oooh wooow I actually thought you will do another 4 years when having a second degree.
Please is it for only law or any other program ??
For law, you can come in as an undergrad and do 4 years or like Patience you could come in as a post first degree student and do 3 years. I havent heard of such a system being used for other courses pls
What is the mode of lesson delivery?
Is it evening OR part time
