Yeah, in some redesigns of The crimson Dynamo he was bigger. Heck infact any villian that tony made who was Russian was taller than him; Dynamo, Titanium Man, even Whiplash.
Reason why is because well, it was the 80s and the cold war was going on so if there is a Russian will who is taller than the hero in Rocky terms "I must break you."
