Sounds like you took some solid positives away there at the end. You've got a sound, practical approach to the forward progress! I'd be interested to hear a more about how you've managed to dial in your electrolyte intake/balance and how much that helped your prior issue(s) with cramping. I am struggling a little myself with electrolyte replacement and fending off cramps on 'bigger days' especially when pushing a lot closer to that 9-10/10th race pace!
