I love the drumming on this kind of Extreme Metal, relentless, chaotic, violent but yet satisfying.
And none better to play this drum style than J. Read. Greatest Metal drummer imo. He's also one of the best studio vocalists. Absolute beast.

They managed the ultimate balance between Chaos and Clarity on the production of this album. Also Bass is so upfront. It might be their best album so far.

Holy this first song is kickass
Once again, J. Read has proven to be an absoultely merciless killing machine with no sign of slowing down anytime soon. Granted, i had my doubts when Deceiver.Diseased.Miasmic came out, but this album is likely gonna be up there with Infiltration.Downfall.Death and Behold.Total.Rejection as one of my all time favourites.
Out of interest, what were you expecting after 'Deceiver.Diseased.Miasmic'? Revenge is consistent as fuck, unadulterated savagery, from 'Genocide.Triumph.Antichrist' until now. There is no compromise, nor will there ever be.

D.D.M felt a bit off due to the more muffled production (which in turn, lessened the devastating impact you go to Revenge for) and i thought their next full-length would go down that path. Which thankfully didn't happen.

Wow, so different. Revenge have reinvented themselves once again.
Revenge is the most consistent band and I think that's a great quality.
Man, this stuff is still awesome. You can't never get enough from the "fuck everything" attitude.
It's a very primal attitude, that's why it doesn't get old easy :)
I've never really been a fan of Revenge, but I really like this album. The production on this is superb. The guitars are a lot more audible than their other records, but they're still super gritty.
Brings out most primitive instincts. Love it. Unique
They sound like nirvana. Just a little bit heavier
I'm hearing little homages to Wes Montgomery and Django Reinhardt all over this album.

I'm from the US and have a Japanese friend and one of the most interesting conversations I had with him was abut these little differences. I don't remember exactly but I think roosters say "cokee Co co" and pigs say "boo boo".
