Agar tumhe linux use karna hain but data ko save karna hain aur ek hi drive he to manual partition se kar sakte ho. Isse windows bhi chala jayega aur files bhi ni jayega.

@@skillcode1985 ye risky nahi he. Baas yaad rakhna ki tumhe carefully drives select karne he. Me fedora Linux recommend karta hu.

dear i have one doubt..
Linux is free of cost while windows is costly so currently i have windows 10(which provided by manufactured company when i bought) but now i want to migrate to linux ubantu from windows 10 so should i take this windows 10 in my bootable pandrive or not becasue doubt is currently my pc don't ask any windows key(means working perfectly..) but in future if i want to re install my windows 10 again then it will ask any windows product key or not ?
give me scenario if i take current windows 10 in bootable pandrive and if not..

See.. brother you got your windows activated it means (if you are laptop owner) then it will not ask to save this activated windows becuase windows key is always be linked with the laptop and again if you are pc user then you should have some sort of key to activate window and I don't think it really matters "if you are using genuine windows then no matter how many os you change your computer will be always connected with that windows key"
