I envy your large work space! I don't have enough space to roll anything bigger than a handkerchief.. It was mesmerizing to see the making of the potato bread. Looks so good. Thanks!
I like that technique you used in making the potato pastry.I would definitely try but would add garlic and some local herbs to the filling...Thanks for sharing
The british teatime is very famous, but the turkish teatime is good to. These böreks and many more variations, fresh and warm from the oven, cakes and biscuits, we made the turkish potato salad. It was so good, when we came home, hours to dinner, outside cold and rainy, then the table wirh warm böreks freshly brewed black tea. I'm loosing me in memory's.
Hello Linda! Thank you for your lovely comment. No doubt British Teatime is famous and I love tea with sweat treats but if you are hungry, savory is always better with a sweet end:)
Dough origami with a savory surprise, how beautiful, and your salad is layered as well with abundant, nutritious flavors to satisfy the most discriminating of palates. I also appreciated your use of the beet water for the orzo. You amplified both the nutritional value of the pasta and saved water…in friendship from the USA.
Hello Aysenur! I am not very good with making pastry but this one seems simple enough worth giving it a try, Also I loved the way you opened the pastry and layered it quite interesting and as you said fun! I also loved that beetroot salad with orzo pasta. Thank you for sharing and encouraging me to try this pastry. Love to all and God Bless ❤️🌹😍
I love this potato pastry! The layering technique is so creative! I also love how you used the cooking water from the beetroot to cook the orzo. Everything is simple in idea but looks extra special at the end! Thank you for all of your hard work and creativity in showing your cooking style and still maintaining a Turkish spirit throughout ❤🇹🇷
I regularly prepare "çerkes böregi", especially in winter. There are also perfect to bring out for picnics. It is much to make than your fantastic multi layers version. Once I will try it. Thank you very much for sharing this potato bread! Elinize saglik
The beet salad looks perfect for winter salad with its colorful ingredients. Nice one pot recipe. Question: do you save the potato peels for another purpose? I chop into smaller pieces and crisp them in the toaster oven and salt them for a nice addition to snacks like nuts.
Ah nice! Yeah I have never seen it in your videos before! No I don’t have one yet but thinking about buying one for quite some time. I like the design and it looks like good quality. Thanks for your answer! I live your Chanel and I live Turkish food. I watched all of your videos but haven’t cooked all of it. :)) maybe 20 percent, but it’s inspiring and I enjoy watching it. Greetings from Köln!

Pa-toy-to degil. Po-tay-to diye söyleniyor. Pastri degil peys-tri diye söyleniyor. iyi amacla düzelttim, hakkinizi helal edin. Elinize saglik 🥰
Teşekkür ederim düzeltme için öncelikle. Ancak “pateyto” diye söylüyorum :) ama peystri evet yanlışmış. Yıllar içinde bazen farketmiyorsunuz:) 😅
