Damn, should add some Oompa loompa vocals. All I could here when the beat had a pause was oompa loompas saying " I don't like the look of it" In that one scene haha, Sick beat!
Tek is still giving them hell on the beats. I'm a born and raised Miami native, and I have had huge music success, but I grew up learning the styles of production from people like Teddy Riley, Rodney Jerkins, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, but when it came to that home town urban sound Gorilla Tek was that dude. He is like the urban @Pac of producers to us inMiami. That Trick Daddy that everybody loved was Tek.. Salute soldier...
+GamerGriaBros - I know this comment is old but for anyone thinking about purchasing a maschine, and no this isn't an advertisement, I bought one recently and I have never used hardware like this before. It took me two days to get the overall basics down and start making music. It's very easy to learn and the workflow is really nice. I came from using fruity loops and a midi keyboard. The feel of everything is awesome too.
I hate how they got these grammy winning producers come up in the studio then these host provide them with some corny ass samples that dey made instead of letting the producer use his own chosen DAW's, VST's and sound samples so we can really get a raw sense of their style
But the whole point of this is to promote the sample packs. So the producers HAVE to use them. Anyway, search here on RUclips: "Rhythm Roulette" by Mass Appeal and "Deconstructed" by Genius. Here's a link to one of the many videos from the "Deconstructed" series. This one is about "Gucci Gang" by Lil Pump and Bighead, the dude who produced the beat... ruclips.net/video/4opIoyGuXb8/видео.html
Them trap dudes will love this, not my style but they gonna like it" keep it up and 808 them to death. But one question? Why do all them rap with the same cadence?
***** getting permission to use the original sample, Example... If you made a song with you and your mom and it became a huggge hit, and you made 1 million dollars off of it, and 20 years later a guy comes and say hey, Im going to Yell and scream all over your song you did with your mom, but in order to get permission he has to clear it with your lawyers and pay a fee
YoungBlaze Of Chitown chopping up a sample is a easy as one two three nowadays, You can literally move a slider on Recycle and hey preseto, Compare it to the days of the first samplers lol,
+jean luc Dubinator he's right that huge SSL desk and all that outboard is not being used. The mic probably went through a one channel preamp and that's it.
Exactly, the average novice sees the gear and assumes. most of the big studios are rented just for show. Only a small portion of producers can afford such gear and use it to produce.
It's funny how somebody many "Unheard Artist" comment bad shit about somebody who "Actually "gettin Money. lls. he wack, Beat wack but yall watchin tho. views don't lie. lls
ChachiGivesZeroFucks so only famous ppl have an opinion? Naaaah b....views mean its good? Because spice girls still get hella views. Shit is garbage.....same weak beats....stock drums...no creativity....same bullshit bars about how much weed n money, Giuseppe and red bottoms bitches and blah blah.....fuckin sheep slave. Plus....if chachi gave zero fucks then chachi would stay quiet.
Okay is it just me or is the beat completely different at 6:28 from what he was creating? It's like he was messing around and then someone else came in and made a different beat lol. Weird!
fuck what everyone else talking about, this beat is hard as hell. motherfuckers aren't happy unless producers are using them weak ass "boo-boom-boom-pap" drum patterns with hella swing and off beat snares. That shit been dead.
Man through the power of editing. Walleye, like magic. (this word is actually in spell check)
That beat....🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I feel like Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck would sound great doing a rap battle to this
AmnFry 😂
AmnFry I Agree
Damn, should add some Oompa loompa vocals. All I could here when the beat had a pause was oompa loompas saying " I don't like the look of it" In that one scene haha, Sick beat!

Great sample choice and use of the sample. That intro is heavy. Great beat.
this is one of the best on the spot segments I've seen.
Shout to the home team!!
He got used to maschine quick for it to be his 1st. I might wanna purchase now
I sincerely doubt that it was his first time using it. Maybe the studio, but not Maschine.
+Kenny Lopez Agreed - the process of chopping the sample into each pad is not something you figure out on the spot lol
Ayy Dot unless he chopped it up in another DAW, which I doubt. I've been doing it for a year and sometimes I still have problems with it.
Right, I hear you. But if he did - good for him. Lol Talent right there.

Them trap dudes will love this, not my style but they gonna like it" keep it up and 808 them to death. But one question? Why do all them rap with the same cadence?
+CX theproducer Migos flow
+CX theproducer why do all the drums sound the same too horrible
+Cory Slater sometimes people distort the drums for a certain sound but 808 drums is 808 drums
+CX theproducer Because they have no originality a lack of understanding what a emcee is..
Simple, they believe it's OK to bite off each other. I wish someone would've tried that back in the 80s.
Jhezus that beat crazy ill wish i got on that dayum

What software does he use?
what sound kit was that sample from
Do anyone know the name of the sample pack? I would like to purchase it.
All that hardware sitting in background is just for show, it's mixed in the box.
no, the compressors and pre amps is for recording vocals and instrumens. sure there is a lot more channels than he not uses.
+jean luc Dubinator he's right that huge SSL desk and all that outboard is not being used. The mic probably went through a one channel preamp and that's it.
