Hey dude, idk if u know this but this is prolly the best guide ever to beating Zio out of all the other content creators. i have been stuck on this stage, spending millions of gold on healing and switching out gear, building characters, just to beat this stage, and i was unable to. That is, until i saw ur video. Comprehensive, engaging, straight to the point, and most importantly: it works. Amazingly. No need for Singelica or Alots (i dont have either of them), and a simple strategy with free units. This is hands down the best way to beat him, especially as a new player who wants to get Saviour Adin. Thank you so much

April 2024 and this is by FAR the best tutorial for this fight. Its not even close. Managed to do it with a similar team, you can replace Adin with any sufficiently hard hitting Single target DPS. (I was lucky to have ML Belona, But i passed it with Spectre Tenibria as well when I tried to rerun it). Thanks so much for this, really well made vid.
This is a great guide! on side note, if you don't have verdant Adin yet or you didn't have the stats requirement (crit/atk), try to get green iseria for support hero. If you managed to damage zio with the whole combo until his last phase, iseria can reset sigret skill cooldowns and you can do the combo again with enough soulburn. I beat him this way after failing to oneshot him :D

I just did the lineup with the tagahel one and it worked. The fact that my adin was just the basic one as I am still working on her quest, I was surprised i cleared it. I had to restart like 10 times to get the right rng as my speed tuning was a really bit close to each other. Thank you!
Dam that worked pretty well, although it was quite a bit more difficult without any specialty changes on adin, required a pretty high gear requirement on sigret (5k attack, 300 cdmg). But overall a really solid guide. Thank you.
I can't express how grateful I am. This is THE ONLY tutorial to beat Zio that has really worked 100%. The only struggle I had was balancing the character's speed. Once I did it, I managed to kill Zio first try. Thank you so much for your help!

Thanks Moriya, your guide has finally helped me. Couldn't do it normally or using Deity's guide (lacking dps and left with all 3 mobs in phase 2). Used same roster but replaced green Adin with SC Lorina which I had built already to comparable level 120k or so. Replaced EE on Sigret from I damage one to the III which increases proc range to 75% (that one extra hit was important for me). Also lacked a bit of Atk on Sigret (only 4300 or so), so I only won if both def shred and bleed procced. Won after a few tries.
to new players : you can still clear this with normal Adin. Of course she lacks all the perks of the awakened version but at least she still have the Weakness Shared buff. I didn't one shot it (around 15% hp left) because my Sigret and Adin only have free attack gear and arena crit damage gear, that's why I pick a reviver (Roana in my case) as a supporter, and then I managed to clear it in the next 2 turns. Thank you, Moriya for the team.
YO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS. My Ras was generous and I got it LITERALLY first try. My units were not nearly as strong as the units in the video but it did the work. I don't even have the artifact that Ras has in the video because I'm short on the guild currency. Goodness me! the only guide you'll ever need. If you reached Episode 4, 10-10 there's no doubt you literally have all the characters and gear for this. I took screenshots of my units at the moment I finished if anyone's curious. Your Adin and Sigret literally are literally the only one's you'll "build" but ras and vivian can have broken sets as long as you meet the Eff and Spd.
This is the best guide for beating zio in 10-10 out there by a long shot. I watched some others as well but yours was the easiest to follow given i had not built Alots and then too it would have been mulitple rng checks. Got through the fight on the first instance after trying to beat him for almost 2 hours without any guides.
Any new accounts doing this fight should use the free Rage set from Arky's Special Gift with some farmed Crit set pieces on Sigret instead. If you don't have that event than you can just use the Atk set. Keep in mind Sigret needs higher Attack than Adin though so you might need to drop Adin's attack a bit.
It would be nice, but if it takes too long for them to get the rage set they can just use the attack set for sure (speaking from my experience clearing on a 12 day old account)
tried free rage set sigret on my 2 week old account, there are literally no way this work unless you using reforged rage gear (if you have this, you should already be an endgame account, you shouldn't need this guide to begin with you noob), adin gonna have more attack stat, and ras s2 will proc adin instead of sigret, less bleed stack and less dmg
I pieced together sets for my characters that weren't the best, but I was still able to beat that bastard on my first run. Bravo and thank you for saving me a ton of frustration.
I want to say thanks to author of this video, i used that guide and it helped me to complete ep.4 10-10. Now for everyone who still struggle cause of missing artifacts being displayed on this video and lower quality of gear: You can use +30 tonfa on sigret, +15(or higher) Elyhas knife on Adin, what ever dmg reduction artifact on Ras. If you gear doesnt check - sacrifice crit rate on both dmg dealers down to 50% and increase Atk and crt.dmg to as high as you can. It will take way more time to beat that stage but thats totally doable, with sigret 49% crit rate and Andi 80% it took me 15 tries, i wasnt even finishing boss in one turn but leaving him with 7.5k HP, Tank support character and survivors of your team will still be able to finish this. Good luck!

Hello, I must say that this is the best guide and is also the most doable. Zio was finally defeated by me. A good piece of advice is to use any soulweaver with cleanse artifact if you don't own Viviane. Said Soulweaver ought to be immediately replaced with a support viviane. Because I lacked the materials to awaken my vivianne, I used the global chat or your guild to ask if anyone could add you with a vivianne as support. If you're unlucky, it may take several tries, but it is doable!

Was trying the bomb model kanna setup, but to no avail. Tried this (since i had everything built, following deity's beginner guide), killed it on 2nd attempt with alot worse stats. Thanks so much!!
After all the tuning took me 3-4 hours but finally did it. One thing I did different than your guide was the choice of Exclusive Equipment. Chose to use the S3 one instead since my Adin doesn't have the damage to get it to below 50%. Once I made that change, i cleared it instantly.

Of all the one shot methods out there, this one was the most accessible to me. I just quickly farmed out Verdant Adin and popped an unequip buff.

Any unit that does a bunch of damage in one attack would work. Cermia is a good example, though remember Zio gets CR push everytime you take a turn so if you S2 he might cut Sigret. You could also use a supporter Sigret and just double Sigret

I SPENT HOURS TRYING TO BEAT THIS. but the adin didn't really do enough damage for me (she was only 4 star awakened though) so what I did is replace her with cermia with the exclusive equipment first skill (basic attack) and when ras dual attacked cermia did double basic attack and then with my segret it did enough damage to kill him

Thank you! I manage to beat this stage in 5 tries. I wasn't be able to one shot it because my Sirget didn't do enough damage, but after few attempt she survived enough to finish off the boss.
My bad lmao, I wasn't sure what the proper volume was and didn't want to blast anyone's ears out. It's easier to turn someone down than up though so I'll make sure to increase the volume if I ever do voiced stuff again.
Copied this damn near to a T. Sigret and Verdant Adin pure damage. Order of speed goes Vivian > Ras > Adin > Sigret. This has been the biggest pain in any game I've ever played ever. Thank you so much.
You deserve more like and subs bro! I succeeded with lower gear recommended from you.. this comp team is really amazing!! Without many rng, just need to be sure ARas def break landed and speed tuning as per your video!
I was struggling even with this set up and found that having the default saviour adin as ur supporter can help as she can luckily counter attack dealing an extra 13k damage or so. This just pushed me over the threshold for sigret skill 2 to use skill 1. Hope this helps someone if they have had the same issue.
Finally beat it thanks to your vid.. Though i couldn't reach those stats and had to use violet instead of adin,i managed to barely clear it without one shot
do you think cermia is a good option for adin here? for some reason the attack sets i put on cermia reaches 5k but for adin it only reaches like 3.5k which is weird.
That's due to their different base Attacks, with Cermia notably having an extremely high base Attack. Cermia would work as a replacement yes, since we're just using Adin to lower Zio's HP so Sigret can one shot him.

Not really that hard for Sigret since i managed to get 4,8k atk and 315% cd for Sigret using the free gear + the conquest point gear shop

rage set sigret is a pretty bad advice, don't waste resource on rage set like i did if you are only doing it for adventure mode

Good point, I hadn't considered that you could use any AoE Attack buffing Soul Weaver if you use Doctor's Bag or Potion Vial.

I was struggling even with this set up and found that having the default saviour adin as ur supporter can help as she can luckily counter attack dealing an extra 13k damage or so. This just pushed me over the threshold for sigret skill 2 to use skill 1. Hope this helps someone if they have had the same issue.

Though i couldn't reach those stats and had to use violet instead of adin,i managed to barely clear it without one shot
do you think cermia is a good option for adin here? for some reason the attack sets i put on cermia reaches 5k but for adin it only reaches like 3.5k which is weird.
That's due to their different base Attacks, with Cermia notably having an extremely high base Attack. Cermia would work as a replacement yes, since we're just using Adin to lower Zio's HP so Sigret can one shot him.

Any unit that gives Atk buff and cleanses can be replacement to Vivian if you don't have her EE, just need to swap in a Tagahels holder after they die
