Since he has saved his mom the biggest change should be Dr. Harrison Wells from Earth one and i mean the real Harrison Wells would still be himself and married to Tess isnt it?
Logically yes, but Cisco owns the what would've been Star Labs (Ramon Industries) in this flashpoint timeline. So unless Wells is working for Cisco, its kinda hard to predict how he would appear, before Wally West KF was confirmed I expected Wells would be the Thomas Wayne character in this timeline, but I'm guessing thats going to KF

Alright first off, Cisco would be hilarious on supergirl cuz he's such an awkward flirt. also, some people say that the original wells should still be alive because the flash stopped thawne, but remember "time wants to happen" so it could go either way. same with eddy, he of course never would have killed himself in this time line seeing as eobard never made it that far. my personal opinion is that I'd love to see iris on supergirl based mostly on the fact that it would make sense. she's a reporter, remember? also, I'd like seeing how kid flash (wally) would be on lot. seeing as we already have the flash, I just don't see them keeping both speedsters around permanently...but we also don't really have a good feel for what kinda speedster he's going to turn out to be, so as far as personality goes there could be too much friction tossing him into lot, but I think it'd make sense because that's kinda a team if misfits and criminals and I feel that describes his place on the flash (so far) perfectly. also just to toss in my own prediction, I feel like the star labs "flash team" is going to be wally iris Caitlin and Cisco...only tossed Caitlin in there because I don't really know what else shed be doing really. another prediction is that wally is going to be cocky and shun the idea of there being another speedster as an ally and do 1 of 2 things. option 1 being to try to fight Barry (less likely) and option 2 being that he'd push Barry away and then get into a situation where Barry has to save him.
I've been thinking of a Jesse L. Martin/Calista Flockhart reunion since the network switch, and with all the meta in the shows they would have to reference Ally Mcbeal. It would be a requirement! Also, I was sad that relationship didn't work out.

I like the question about Bart Allen. If if correct, Bart is from the future and a relative of Barry. So, he could be on the show at any time. I think it'd be nice for an episode to add a twist where Bart accidentally goes back in time from his time and needs help getting back.
Bart Allen is the grandson of Barry and Iris. It would be SUPER fun and exciting, if they had him suddenly pop up from the future and surprise everybody -like in the Young Justice cartoon. But a writer for the show kinda let it slip, that they might make him their son on the show instead. Kinda like how they made Wally Iris' brother and not nephew, like he is in the comics.
