I live in Georgia, USA. After watching your video, I went and bought A 32 gallon plastic tumbler with the wheels and made many holes on the side and the bottom of the plastic can. I added kitchen waste, coffee grounds, newspaper,dry leaves which had cow manure and added 1 can of cat food [activator] and have been adding kitchen scraps for a week and adding more leaves every time...........once the can is filled I will start the same process in the second tumbler and waiting for the first tumbler to fully compost and turning it occasionally...............I hope this is the right way to do. Next time around I will use butter milk

I have used the kambha and started feeding as you suggested with kitchen waste mixed with dry leaves and the bottom pot is now full. As i continue to feed the top most pot, do I need to keep turning and adding accelerator on the bottom most pot when I am not actually feeding it with kitchen waste on a daily basis.
***** no need to add the accelerator to the bottom pot but check it once in a couple of weeks to check the moisture and turn it too. If it is too wet , you can add dry leaves or cocopeat . If it is too dry then sprinkle some water . maintaing the moisture balance.

Two weeks in an airless container/bin, equipped with a bottom floor reservoir to collect liquid bokashi tea about every 2, or 3 days that drips from the anaerobic composting food scraps that is layered about 2"'s of scrap and a layer about 1/4" to 1/2" bokashi brand marinated in EM1 (effective microoganisms). Then it's been said your can feed it to your live stock, which I don't have. If not, I've also read you can use it as partially finished compost in the flower bed even if it vaguely resembles it's original form and color, or you may buried it for a couple of more weeks, and usually it resembles compost by then. Lastly you may also put it in your aerobic composting pile two additional weeks, after the first two weeks. There you have it compost in fourteen days. Do not use the undiluted bokashi tea on your plants or give to your pets, or live stock. You may want to get a second or third opinion.

Blesslie Anne Quiambao, applying a good, aerobic compost to desert dirt will improve it and turn it into rich soil. Make sure that after you apply it you cover the soil with a mulch like wood chips, or (better yet) grow perennial green plants in the soil where you apply the compost. This will keep the soil intact and continually improve it.

I started it but after a couple of weeks, small, black ants in large numbers are found inside the composting bin... What to do ?
Stir it up 2 or three times a day and keep it wet.

sounds like you have too many greens, not enough brown like dead leaves, straw, or newspaper. You need 3 parts brown to one part green.
MrDisgruntledGamer1 can I use cocopeat for the brown? For me it's much easier to source and store cocopeat as regular supply than leaves.
to avoid them dont add meat or dairy but the maggots wont hurt your compost in time they mature and leave
Too much liquid and or too much food....Add three or four times as many dry leaves, mix well until everything is damp.
