Big shout out to Lian Li's customer service. The power cable in the EDGE 850 I bought was missing. Contacted Lian Li and got a cable in two days all the way from China!! I got a Smart 600W to replace the PSU in a non-critical PC. Great information.
Thanks, Mike! Great review… got me wishing I had purchased that 1300W unit for my 5090 build. I didn’t realize they used Ga (gallium) components in them…. Very cool!

Fair point, but these newer high-end units definitely compete with the best of them! 🔥 and if you look at the actual ODM's most of the brands on the market are made by the same factories

Wow, two days from China is impressive service! 😃
Thermaltake PSU not only looks good on paper. but also in appearance with quality 😲
Thanks Mike for the Info Review 😀
Glad you enjoyed the breakdown, they definitely look great in a build! 🔥
Interesting range of power supplys. Plenty of choice and all good quality. The TT sfx psu in my gaming pc has been faultless. Thanks Mike and Kath 😻👍
i still need to find a suitable SFF PC case for my B650i night devil, and also my toughpower SFX PSU 😉
@mikesunboxing Avoid riser cables if you can Mike!
@Senrab46yeah I’m generally try to 😂

Haha, maybe it's time to upgrade! 😜
I purchased my gaming pc in 2019 it came with a 500w power supply and in 2024 I upgraded to 750w I found a big difference
technology has changed a bit in those few years
TT ATX3 PSU-s RULE !
They definitely bring great power to the table! 🔥
I used to use Toughpower many years ago and never had a problem with them..
I now only use SeaSonic or PSU made by SeaSonic..
Can't argue with that, they make some incredible units! 😃
Corsair money is no object when it comes to the PSU
you realise that the same oEM makes PSUs for Corsair as these?
Best low power PSU please, for simple low power builds i.e. no gaming.

You lost me at ThermalTake and Highend! Lmao I have a low end one and it got the job done for 5 years but there are better high end options TBH

Look OK, but corsair only for me.
Fair enough, they definitely have a solid reputation! 👍
Decent brand, they made very good quality psus.
The Corsair RM units have a terrible reputation
@MrB-ki6dk so do plenty other brand models. corsair offers at least 7 year warranty.
@DavidUnderhillthat's true. Every brand does have bad models in their range. I personally prefer seasonic, my focus gold came with a 10 year warranty
This is a useless video, better just have a look at SPL's PSU Tier List
Thanks for watching anyway
