    How do you change the blades? How often do you change the blades? Where do you buy the blades? They are not on the splitenderpro website.

    I love it, but it won't keep a charge even after cleaning the multiple sections out. Help!!!

    I really love this product but it only worked for w or 3 uses and I haven't been able to figure out why it hasn't been working the same since. I think I need to open the gear compartment but I cant get it to open, anyone have suggestions?

      Hello i have the same problem i just received the split ender pro 2 but i cant open the blade housing and gear housing just like he did in the video ! Did you succeed into opening that section because he said it should be cleaned from hair but it s impossible to open ! Please let me know what you did

    If you have really damaged hair can u use it like 2 to 3 days a week ??

      Hello! Thanks for your interest! If you have very damaged hair, you should do the treatment following all the instructions. From the first time, you will see the difference. Every 3 weeks you can do the treatment!

      @splitenderproofficialpage1046 underneath is more damaged than the top so while i did it the 1st time i didnt notice much of a difference underneath but higher up i saw a difference so thats y im asking if its ok to do it twice a week every 2 to 3 weeks?

      I bought the marvicide spray already an i take care of the machine an know how to detach it an all that, an i watched ur other video when u used it on someones hair, an u said if u do it 3 times an it doesn't feel soft then to do it 4 to 5 times i did 4 an it felt tiny bit better, but im just really curious if i can do it twice a week every 2 to 3 weeks cuz my hair is badly damaged an frizzy, 1 thing i noticed tho im not as frizzy all around my head anymore its mostly underneath now

    Hello, I wonder if the device is removable razor to be sharpened (due to loss of cut after the use of time)?

      The Split-Ender PRO Blades were design to last approximately 500 use of customer treatment and we will recommend to change them on about 400 to 450 uses, that is customers treatment. Currently they are not available on the Shopping Cart since the Split-Ender PRO is relatively new but we can accept payments via PayPal or over the phone.
      Should You ever need one in the future and you don't see it available on the Shopping Cart you can contact Customer Service at 619-209-8545 and they will be able to assist you over the phone during regular Business Hours Mon-Fri 10:00am - 5:00pm PST. The cost of the Replacement Blade Housing (Fully Assembled) is $49.99 + S&H.

    I had mine on charge for four hours and no lights came on as indicated in the manual, could the charger be faulty?

      Hi Bianca, Thank you for contacting us in regards to your item. Did you contacted the offices in California via their website so they can assist you as soon as possible? If you want we can answer few questions if you can provide to us via message "inbox" your order details like the email used when placing the order. More likely you either purchase an ilegal Copy/Knock Off or they might be something wrong with your charging cable.

      Split Ender PRO Official Page thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I'm in Australia and purchased this from a proper retail store, I will take it back today and ask for an exchange.
      Could you please confirm what light is meant to turn on once charged? So far no lights have come on at all even after the 3-4 hour charge period.
      The product does work though, I used it while plugged in (I thought it was charging at first) but then I cleaned it and popped it on charge and walked away, came back a few times to check on it to see if it was fully charged so I could do my whole head as I only did a test spot earlier, and no lights were showing. There's nothing indicating that it's charging.

      HI Bianca, some of the models they have a green light on the actual charger, when is charging it will remain Red Color and once fully charged it will turn Green Color but it is not in the unit but in the charger itself.
      Which Store did you purchased the product from?

      Split Ender PRO Official Page thanks for confirming that, unfortunately I don't see any lights at all on the charger, not even a bulb for one to appear from.
      I bought it from a store called the Shaver Shop. They specialise in grooming products.

      More likely the Australian Charging Cable might not have a light as some of the US or European Chargers, never the less the 1st time should charge for about 4 hours there after 1 or 2 hours should be ok since they charge pretty fast.

    I just got my split ender and it does not come with battery and says no where on it what kind or nithing, have not been able to use it yet till I figure out what battery to use, it would have been nice if it had the size and type of battery it took, 😡😡

      No, it has a spot for a battery. I just got mine on Thursday and I haven't been able to figure out what battery goes into it either.

      If you send an email or a message via Contact page from www.splitenderpro.com/contact-us/ they will answer you accordingly but have in mind that they received 100's of emails every day between all the distributors, customers, orders, etc., and they are not open 24/7. If you in fact bought a real and Original Split-Ender PRO you have 1 Year Warranty and even if the Warranty is over they will still assist you but if you don't make the effort to either contact them or call them at 619-209-8545 they will not be able to help you. Did you check your SPAM/JUNK/TRASH Mail Folder of your email? If you sent them an email they might have responded already and it could be in your SPAM/JUNK Mail Folder.
