@Leicester Truthseeker This is not a bunker, this us Waltham transmitting station, it transmits Digital Freeview television to parts of Leicestershire and Lincolnshire, it also transmits some DAB radio and smooth fm on 106.6Mhz to the local area. The two other smaller towers nearby that you mention are relays for this site, they relay the signal into areas that have difficulty receiving the signal from Waltham due to their location The petfood building is Pedigree Petfoods ( owned by Mars ) technical and research centre ( look on the label of a can of pedigree chum and you will see "Waltham" mentioned on it ) .. its a very secure facility due to the nature of what they do there
Interesting video. I love sites like this. So what if "anyone responds" - you are not doing anything illegal! All those horn loudspeakers around the building, next to the cameras, are basically for letting people to shove off if the operators suspect they are up to no good. Have installed such system myself. Would have almost certainly got shouted at if you had scaled the fence!

There's no bunker otherwise you'd be seeing air ventilation shafts
