Hi, I wished to know some things (as I'll be getting the same model as your's in a week of time). Hoping you can help a bit here :) 1. What are your views on the RE engine guard (you've fitted)? Would it help during crashes, because I've seen engine guards of different designs on Amazon, so was wondering what's the difference. 2. Would we need knuckle cum lever guards? If yes, then would the RE quality suffice? 3. Would we be needing any other guards, such as master cylinder guard etc? Just these three things bro, waiting for your views on them as an owner of the model. :)

Also the stock tyres that Himalayan get are not that good in my opinion. So, changing the tyres to Apollos, Pirelli, Continental, etc would be good choice.
Thanks for your suggestions... If i change the tyre as well as rim to tubeless what will be the cost... And is there any effect on engine performance on do the same
@@soumyachatterjee1658 I don't exactly know the cost of changing tubed to tubeless. But if you're planning to do so, you don't have to change the rims, you have fill some sort of sealant in the tyre therefore to avoid punctures.
Is hero coming up with 450cc adv. ? Is Himalayan ..mechanic free bike. I m riding thunderbird 350 cc bs3.. m confused which adv to buy . I m not a hardcore adv rider.. mainly highway. So bmw gs, Himalayan m confused..
City ride , highway ...
I felt like not confident to take a corner because of the front tyre size is bit less in width as compared to the rear. Is that true? Ur opinion?
Cornering with the stock himalayan tyres is not that confident. But changing your tyres to Apollos/Timsun will give you better cornering capability.
How did you come to know about the wheel alignment problem on first day ?
I test rode my bike and there was a wobbling issue at 60 kmph
Good video💯
Thanks 😊
Hi, I wished to know some things (as I'll be getting the same model as your's in a week of time). Hoping you can help a bit here :)
1. Yes, the engine guard that I have is pretty sturdy and strong. It's fairly protective. Overall 8.5/10
2. RE knuckle guards are one of the strongest ones out there.
3. Yess, master cylinder guard is a must needed add-on.

Bro.. A small question, i have purchased himalayan in gravel grey but the odometer of my bike is in orange colour but i have seen every video where company giving white light in odometer.. So suggest me if i m going to complaint to RE or what
Only the initial BS6 models got the while instrument cluster, since march BS6 bikes are getting orange again.
Bro, my Himalayan gave 17kmpl on 1'st day after delivery, is it a concern or the mileage will increase gradually, I didn't exceed 65kmph. Kindly give your valuable opinion.
Bro is there any ladies footrst in the bike or we have to add additionally??
You'd need to additionally add footrest for lady pillions wearing a saree.
Good review bro
Thanks bro ❤️
