Fideo II Very Simple Recipe II Happy Cinco de mayo II

1 pound ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 can Rotel
1 can whole kernel corn
3 cans Beef Consommé
1/2 cup water
1-pound Fideo noodles
3 large cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup cilantro
3 large serrano's chopped or pepper of your choice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 to 2 teaspoons Montreal spicy seasoning
