Well, One certain thing to know is fly command got REMOVED, Exploiters can now not use fly at all. The command was removed for exploiters and hackers in dandys i believe, May not be the correct answer but i know fly command got removed, Not sure if the dev can use fly command or not, All from what i heard is fly got banned.
