This was lovely. I've only briefly started delving/writing into the Goldenswan pairing. They have a lot of similarities and I feel she definitely would have been a healthier choice for Rumple, then Belle. (There's also something irresistible about Emma and her light magic, getting with Rumple and his dark magic. I'm a sucker for opposites, and I feel like that could have been interesting to explore.) I loved the video and the editing was wonderful.
Me too I feel this way with Emma and Rumple they could've been a good pair if Emma didn't have a child with his son Baelfire and Rumple be with Belle honestly Belle doesn't fits him Emma does and she always understood Rumple even when evil / dark he never lied to Emma but he lied to others. I wish this show was braver and allowed itself to be more mature and make his relationship with Belle more tragic (perhaps a sacrifice that would show him that unconditional love is possible and it's worth to treat people as more than assets as not all are out to hurt you). And then end up with someone healthier, like Emma (at least the Emma of earlier seasons). It may sound odd, but if he was to have a romance, he absolutely needed a strong woman; one who can match him in character and doesn't take his shit, but has a more solid moral compass, and can also hold her own against all the threats to him instead of being a liability. In the show, he only learned to open up to people and make meaningful human connections with no strings attached AFTER Belle was gone. They weren't right for each other.
Just like Emma said to Rumple it's hard for them to be vulnerable..but they both had been hurt and had great hearts..especially rumple..he had gone thru soo much..and yet he was soo human..if you know what I mean..I cried here..your edit is Truly beautiful 😭😭😭❤
I understand what do you mean! i know they both had been hurt and they were in pain but they have great hearts. rumple went through much and the real reason why i love rumple so much because he is a good father for baelfire he cared for him and never give him up and when he did he was afraid and he regretted it and he did everything to get back to bae and at the end bae dies?! rumple should be ended with bae not with belle despite many people would disagree about that but it's the truth rumple was sad about losing him belle will never know the feeling of losing a son or a daughter! emma went through much but at the end when she gave up henry she did it for his own good because emma didn't have a home or a job to raise him so the best is gave him to adoption so he could have a good life even without her! emma loved bae too and it was august is fault he told bae to leave emma in the prison because she was the key to break the curse but emma forgave bae at the end!!! i know it's long but i want you to know what i saw in them and my opinion i hope you don't disagree with me!!! ❤❤❤

Rumples son is Baelfire. Baelfire is named Neal in the no magic land and him and Emma had a boy named Henry so Henry’s grandpa is rumple
