Imagine being lost in a sandstorm and you see a giant camel creature running at you making menacing sounds.
Actually being able to CONTROL these was amazing!
Yeah but there not like other Zelda dungeons my favorite Zelda dungeons are the snow and water dungeons great bay snow head ice ruins swamp palace those are real dungeons these aren’t it was a cool concept but not needing to do these in a certain order in botw made getting a item of the temple pointless it also my all time favorite Zelda game is majoras mask I have all 3 files filled up completely with 100 percent finished so yeah I’m really liking how botw 2 looks right now mainly because it might have traditional Zelda dungeons brought back and I actually have some hand drawn dungeon concepts for botw 2 as well as how they would work so I’m really just a fanboy for Zelda

It's also kinda cool how the divine beasts have names based off some of the sages from Ocarina of time. Vah Ruta: Princess Ruto the water sage. Vah Rudania: An anagram of Darunia the fire sage. Vah Naboris: Nabooru the spirit sage. The one exception is Vah Medoh which probably gets it's name from Medley, the rito girl from Wind Waker, since the rito weren't a thing from the OoT era.

22:34-22:40 still gives me chills. Naboris’s imposing, remade theme playing after that opening cutscene, still playing in the background as the screen cuts to black, then opens back up to Naboris and ‘Destroy the Yiga Clan!’
These sequences do a really good job of showing how terrifying and befitting of their title these divine beasts are.
Naboris stands out of course, but Rudania is just as terrifying as its introduction would lead to believe (reminds me of the Zillo beast…), and Medoh is a straight-up Orbital bombardment.
And Ruta is by far the biggest improvement over BoTW. It can actually move!!
Indeed! We actually got a taste of what those machines could do with us at the seat piloting them.
Vah Naboris was terrifying (and fun to get to with the sand seals) as is in botw. Knowing it screen wipe and more importantly RUN just makes it even more intimidating.
My favourite beast is Naboris. To me most powerful in gameplay and story. It's thunders are no joke and draining power from the ground. Also bullrussh is the best. It's way more effective than Medoh aerial blades or Rutah's swing or Rudania's stomp

My favorite is Medoh, it’s easily the most intimidating one, imagine you’re a bokoblin riding into battle, and then you see a shadow above the clouds that descends to reveal a colossal mechanical falcon, and then it fires a beam of blue fire that annihilates a solid quarter of your army
If I had to pick one divine beast to pilot it would definitely be Vah Naboris. It is my favorite dungeon in the franchise. Best design for something as mundane as a camel, best element which is electricity, best dungeon layout, best music, best dungeon fight, best blight, and best pilot. I would love to be the champion of Vah Naboris

My Divine Beast ranking in Age of Calamity:
1. Vah Naboris
2. Vah Medoh
3. Vah Ruta
4. Vah Rudania
Honestly same. If it's BOTW then Naboris Rutah Medoh and rudania. I liked doing the puzzles of rudania but damn he was just to easy. Naboris was just SO fun lol I'm helping my brother and I'm like dude I love Naboris. I also did a height comparison to human I would say he's about 130ft tall that sounds about reasonable lol. Anyway I just love the divine beasts they're so underrated. We NEED PLUSHIESSS!!!!!!

Rudania is the worst to control simply because it does not have a Shield, just a counter that need to be precise
Mipha is so good and her divine beast gameplay got skills. She's in second place of true divine beast gameplay.
Urbosa and her divine beast is way too easy to control!! And also I find it very electrifying, hence the powers. She's first place of gameplay!!

Which only shows just how powerful Ganon is considering the divine beasts were not enough to defeat him on their own (made even worse when calamity Ganon is arguably the worst Ganon in terms of boss fights).

Rudania and Ruta are the only divine beasts who have multiple cries.

Cant say how much i hated rudania's playstyle. He's the only divine beast i ever lose with.
My personal favorite is naboris. Ruta is my 2nd fave, and medoh my third. Medoh is alright, but man do i hate flying to far from my target.
Medoh was probably my third as well. I actually entirely agree with your ranking. Bias for precious Naboris aside, Medoh was a pain when you overshot a target because you had to slowly... Excruciatingly... Turn... Around... And Rudania? My god I feel so bad for Daruk fans. Their DB got absolutely shafted.

The counter move got me killed more than 10 times. I really dislike rudania's playstyle when there's taluses and moblins.
