I do think it would have been more views, but it would have needed a real life video I think
He said it in a video (don't know exactly which), he didn't want to risk putting it on the main channel because it has lyric and video references from Disney movies. Walt Disney could then easily block the video or, even worse, they could copyright strike him and eventually delete his main channel.
