My friend I am in the same engine position and I still have SAI and I can't believe I never thought to just shorten or redirect hoses with my own ways you just showed me how to install an FMIC, thank you.
Got the kit on order. Not taking the car apart yet as it’s a daily. What size hose did you need for rerouting the secondary air pump hardlines? I’m leaving the sai so I’ll just bend the bracket like you did. I was thinking of trying to replace with silicone. Also what did you use to cut the crash bar?
I know its expensive but I got it with discount paid like 580 for it just had a piece of carbon lol and put it on filler door but is peeling off already )
@@cargarage7929 i also have a cts front mount intercooler kit but it was missing one of the hard pipes but its fine i just ordered some piping from ebay but i was wonder what did u use to cut the crash bar? did u use a angle grinder or a saw? i have more questions if you could pls help! thanks

BmillzChevy98 they were saying direct fit but is not, had to do a lot of cuts
