Heartfelt video. Thank you for this. The general answer to our sarot is the same as the message from Sefer Shofetim and Sifre Nevi'im: we must do sincere and lasting teshuva.
Comparing what has been happening in Gaza for months to the blood libels we've been victims of for centuries is crazy. I don't have the words. You're dehumanizing the victims. That's what the nations have done to us for centuries. I've been following the habura for a year now, and we'll keep doing so because I share the passion for understanding hashem. But this video is a darn shame for the whole movement imo. I love my people, those that are in the army or just in the land of my ancestors, I want them alive, well and protected. But I can't accept that this level of violence is necessary and I won't condone their action. What's happening is wrong and it's not protection. A permanent ceasefire could have happened a long time ago and we'd have our hostages back. The events of the last couple days proved that Israel's govt has been dragging the negotiations to inflict as much damage as possible (even if it means killing their own hostages). Ps: sorry for my poor english, I'm ESL
Thank you!
